'Do not disturb' sign ignored
Lost 5 star rating because housekeeping entered our room even though we had the do not disturb sign on. I was not in the room at the time but my husband was in the shower. Really not acceptable. Other than that the stay was great.

Great stay! New hotel not located in CBD however the metro station is right at the hotel entrance gate. Super friendly front desk staff Ms. Zhao and Joe have provided professional services.

Very pleasant stay starting with nice and friendly greeting upon arrival. Help checking. Club floor was great too with ample of choices of foods but not so great about the wines or Champaign selections. Room was great with excellent temperature control. breakfast with great too, with great choices....I think I put on few pounds!

Metro station walking distance.
