Zentral an der Metro Linie 2 liegendes Hotel
Das Hotel ist schon etwas älter entspricht aber voll den Marriott Richtlinien. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist perfekt. Da der Straßenverkehr in den Großstädten von China oft überlastet ist, ist es sehr praktisch dass das Hotel direkt an die Metrolinie angeschlossen ist.

Personal beim Frühstück hat Probleme mit Englisch Restaurant 4seasons absolut nicht zu meiner Zufriedenheit Nach Getränke Bestellung hat es 30 Minuten gedauert bis jemand sich an den Tisch bemüht hat um die essensbesttelung aufzunehmen Weitere 15 Minuten später wurde uns mitgeteilt das 2 Gerichte nicht mehr verfügbar sind

Preis-/Leistung
Ich bin geschäfltich sehr viel unterwegs und bin mir von daher sehr vieles gewohnt. Für den Preis den man in diesem Hotel bezahlt, muss ich leider sagen ist die Leistung mehr als nur Bescheiden. Nebst dem, dass ich zum wiederholten Mal nicht einchecken konnte zum vereinbarten Termin, habe ich am Ende auch nicht das Zimmer erhalten was ich eigentlich reserviert haben. Die Zimmer weisen in der Dusche Schimmel auf und bieten ansonsten nicht sehr viel für den Komfort. Zb. währen frische Früchte lobenswert, oder auch ein Higspeed Internet das seinen Namen verdient. Ich habe mich noch nicht oft in einem Hotel als Nummer gefühlt, doch hier bin ich definitive jemand der hier Übernachtet. Die Marriott Gruppe sollte sich hier schnell etwas einfallen lassen. Ich war auf jeden Fall das letzte mal hier.

Das Hotel liegt in einer Gegend wo nix los ist. Die allgemeine Sauberkeit im Bad lässt zu wünschen übrig z.B. die Fugen. Von der Anlage her ist es ein schönes Hotel.

Was given a smoking room even though I reserved non-smoking. It was hard to breathe in there. The decor is dated and the area was not convenient to downtown shopping districts.

Not sure if this hotel is located in a convenient location but every taxi driver knows this hotel. Being known by 'every' taxi driver means that this is an old hotel and may not satisfy those who consider the hotel's new vibe and freshness. Still, it's a prestigious and a grand hotel and def. stay again if allowed :) (btw foods ordered for a room service wasn't great)

Please ask me in English Business Centre staff including Allan were fantastic and so helpful as we’re stuck in Guangzhou due to typhoon of sept 16, 17th. We got confirmed train tickets but trains cancelled last minute . So we ended checking IN 3 days and checking OUT of your hotel 3 times. Then Allan got us BUS tickets for 18th 6.30am to HK. We are so grateful and moved by their actions as we’re in our 70s.

Cozy and spacious room; good facilities maintenance; helpful and fluent English speaking staff (male at lobby counter, check-in day 28/7 lunch time); wide range of food choice around; hotel restaurants not pricey. Very satisfied, will be back again!
