The idea is good, i like the minimalist desing is beautiful, the laundry and the other open áreas, but the materials feels low cost you can notice they use low budget to build i can say that is irrelevant but if you’re staff has a lack os good service that make everything worst, i really think people at the front desk needs some trainings or more experience dealing with basic things, plus the change my stateroom twice becasue the first room the door was not working and i slept like that the while night lol something bad could happen to me and next morning when I adressed it to the front desk girl she did not understand anything or she act like she did not undertand and she just asked me you just notice this in your door? Like if it’s mi fault the door is not working and the second time they change me becasue i found pibil hair in the bathroom it was disgusting but if the staff we’re more aproachable nothing of this could matter lol but they do not even look at you when passing by the front desk.
