„I booked a unit as 2 adults, 1 child traveling with pets. Normally when you book with pets, any applicable fees are rolled into your total. On our drive to the unit, we received an email indicating that if we brought unregistered pets, we would incur a 500/day fee. I reached out to say that we had booked with pets and confirm we were all set. The owner then charged me an additional 330 pet fee.
