- A 7 m² terrace where you can enjoy the view whilst dining
- Communal areas within the residential complex
- Two communal swimming pools, one of which offers a beautiful sea view; access via a key fob provided; open from June to October.

The flat is ideally situated in Grosseto-Prugna, in a very pleasant setting. A very quiet neighbourhood, comprising a cluster of charming ‘little houses’ set amongst green spaces and native flora (laurel, Mediterranean scrub, etc.).
