„The contact with Roger was great and the transaction with the apartment was really uncomplicated. As we arrived on St.Lucia the taxi driver was already waiting of us, put our baggage in the their car and we drove off. He was a very friendly man and it was kind to chat with him, he drove us also back to the airport. „The condo was very clean and very well equipped. The only things that we were missing was a land line phone for local calls and better lighting in the kitchen. We spent a lot of time on the patio looking at the lovely harbour view and in the large pool in the centre of the complex. "Über alles war der Aufenthalt sehr schön. Die meisten Angestellten war sehr zuvorkommend. Die Leitungsangestellte der Reception liess an Freundlichkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig. (der 1. Eindruck ist so wichtig! Man bekommt nie eine 2. Chance für einen 1. Einsruck!!) Auch der ältere Chauffeur des Shuttlebusses war sehr unfreundlich. Schade für all die anderen Mitarbeiter. "

"A lot of Things must be renovated. Air Condition work only partly. You can't switch off the Light from the Bed. You must go to the Door, switch it off and return into the Dark or like me using a Bulp Light. Breakfast is only a small Selection and every Day the same. All Staff, starting by the General Manager, is very, very nice, friendly and helpful."
