"We have made this lake trip an annual trip with our kids and grandkids. This location and house was perfect. Accommodations were nice. It has a nice sandy entrance into the water and we were able to dock our boat at the dock. The host was wonderful and addressed any questions we had. We definitely look forward to coming back again!"

"We rented the boathouse for our family for my daughter’s graduation from Baylor. It was perfect because it’s close enough to Waco but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. "Upon Friday arrival, entered gate and the brick walk to the front door was covered in sand and dirt. To the left of the front door on the porch sat a styrofoam cooler, lid to the side and a bag of garbage in it. Inside the house seemed reasonably clean but by the time we visited each room we had killed two scorpions.
