„Shane Acres is such a hidden gem. The property is beautiful and our hosts Pat and Debi were warm and welcoming. Debi’s daily breakfast was delicious. She even made her own tortillas for the breakfast tacos! We cannot say enough good things about our stay. Highly recommend.“

„June 10-12 and we wanted to stay longer but this was part of a Niagara trip. We love this resort, 100%. The staff were top notch customer service, the room was comfortable for 5 of us, the view was amazing and relaxing from the kitchen looking out to sitting at the fire pit to walking the beach and playing games. It was a down time so the resort was very quiet and peaceful. Everything was amazing, we just wished we booked or planned for more time. There is a cute town Port Colborne close by with ...

„Your not so nice desk clerk has twice now not been too welcoming. She doesnt wear a name tag, was the blonde at 1:48 pm on 7/1. Telling us we needed to pay an early check-in fee before 2pm, stating our room WAS ready. When i showed her the time on my phone, she then stated it was NOT ready. Stares at us like we are bothering her, no other resort in the area does this, weve been to all if them.“
