🏢 Ideally located in the district of the Bonne barracks, this studio is located on the raised ground floor in a beautiful secure residence.
It consists of:
- a fitted living room
- an open kitchenette,
- an office,
- a shower room with shower and toilet.

🛌 The flat has a sleeping area: a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

🙋‍♂️ Please note: the accommodation is located in a student residence in the centre of Grenoble! There is a reception desk during the week and laundry facilities in this historic building.

⭐ Travel in comfort with the facilities in the flat, such as a TV, free wifi connection, some kitchen facilities (microwave, kettle, coffee machine, fridge, toaster), storage, bed linen and towels for 2 people on arrival.

🔒 Following your reservation: In order to welcome you in a really nice place and to keep our apartment as beautiful as they are, a deposit on your credit card will be requested via a trusted partner "Swikly". After your booking confirmation, you will get an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification will assure us an amount in case something happens in the flat. Nothing will be blocked or taken from your account. Please note that without this deposit, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you, and your booking won't be refund. Nb: This deposit is also accepted by platforms.

📍 Located in Championnet district: a very famous district in Grenoble, lively, no security problem, many famous restaurants. Many small shops, mini-market, bakery, hairdresser...

🚌 Getting around:
Numerous public transport (Tram E stop Condorcet, Bus line C3) which serve the city and the surrounding area within 3 min walking distance.
The discovery of the city and the district can be done on foot, or by bike.

Parking is possible around the building (paying during the day except on Sundays) as well as in the surrounding car parks.

💁♀️ We are discreet and you have independent access to the accommodation. We are in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests!
🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed linen and towels, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health safety regulations, bed linen and towels will be left on your bed.
🤝 This is solidarity accommodation! The entire cost of cleaning is donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and cleaning solidarity).
🕰️ Please note that arrival is possible from 17:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible up to 10:00 am. For late check-out, please contact us in advance. An additional charge of €24 incl. VAT applies in both cases.
