Good, clear and prompt communication from owner.Suggestions:Need to supply for kitchen wares (cups and cookware) as there were only 4 cups when we were a party of 5. Bbq needs fixing as it was not working properly on one side and very slow low heating. Board games would have been great if provided. “

„We were a family of 8 and the house was plenty big for all of us. It was excellent in all areas, clean, good location, easy communication with the host, etc. If there was a negative, and its only very minor, probably not even worth mentioning. But, there was not enough forks for everyone to use. We made it work by using spoons! I would highly recommend the Richardson for large groups of people and will definitely be back if we ever have another family event in Wagga Wagga!“

„It’s easy to forget the friendly hospitality country towns offer. Place was as described and welcoming. We had a minor issue (not disruptive to stay) which was promptly addressed - even after hours. Owner went out of their way apologise and compensate which is rarely seen these days. Would stay there again. “

We loved how it felt like we were in the middle of a farm but also not that far away from town!We spent a lot of time in the backyard, enjoying the surroundings and watching sunset/sunrise, so gorgeous !The kitchen was well equipped and the TV was smart. The Bison and horses were also so lovely to see.“
