You have to turn the tv all the way up to hear speaking, but when action or shooting happens it is super loud. You have to hold the remote at all times. It wasn’t that big of a deal. „The apartment was beautiful and very clean. The extra little amenities like makeup remover wipes, feminine products, etc were very thoughtful! Our only complaint was that the guest that checked out the day we were checking in must have left a big mess which host did message about but not until right when we were supposed to check in.
