„Thank you for allowing a place to spend quality time with my kids and grandbabies! The game room made the stay so much more enjoyable! We all loved the setup of the house, everything was so nice and spacious! I do have celiac disease and find it very hard to eat out sometimes, so having a kitchen to cook and prepare my own meals brought me a lot of comfort. We all agreed we would definitely enjoy staying again on our next visit! Thank you again!!“

„The home was very nice. There were a lot of nice touches such as earplugs in the bedroom our dishes and coffee and a froth or and just very very nice very comfortable. Just very welcoming. The hosts were very easy to work with gave plenty of information listed expectations and allowed us to have a very nice stay in Tipp. Will stay there again next time we come through Dayton. “

„We stayed here 2 nights for an early Thanksgiving Weekend with our family of 6 adults and 4 children. The house is in a wooded setting and was large enough to accommodate our group without feeling crowded. It was very clean and communication was good. Check-in was easy and internet was good. There is no TV so we brought one and a Roku and we were able to stream programs. The kitchen was well supplied with some basic spices and coffee. Additional dishes and silverware would be nice ...
