"If possible i would give this cottage a 10 rating. It was not only charming, but beautiful, inside and out. The area is very picturesque and peaceful. The owners Mina, Chad and Zoey, are wonderful hosts. We didnt miss the tv at all. Highly recommend this property. 10 out of 10 in our opinion."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the house was perfect for my older parents, younger kids and myself! The air hockey table was an absolute hit and the sun room it is in is a perfect space for the kiddos. Throughout our stay we commented on the sheer volume of additions that were included in the stay. Little things that you are accustom to in your own home but often get frustrated about lack of in a short term rental; laundry detergent, nice blow dryer, shampoo/soap, towels!!!! It’s advertised as “cozy” and we found it charming and comfortable. Loved the excellent communication, ease of entry and departure, and warm welcome from our hostess. It was a perfect weekend getaway."

"This was the perfect house for 3 Dads and their 14-15 yr olds for a weekend lacrosse tournament. The house was clean and spacious. The owner went over and above to welcome us and make us feel at home. The boys loved the kayaks, swimming and the beach. The Dads enjoyed the outdoor area, fire pit and grilling. All the beach supplies were on hand. Easy and quick communications with the owner."

"We had a wonderful stay at this house. The managers were gracious enough to allow for an early check-in and everything was as mentioned. It really helped to have the house layout on the website description so that we could plan (we had multiple family units). Communication with the managers was fantastic from before booking until after checkout. I'd highly recommend staying at this property."

"We stayed at this property for the week of University of Delaware’s graduation. It was perfect, about a 15 minute drive from Newark, in a very nice neighborhood. The house was in a lovely wooded area near a creek, where we were able to take walks in the neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable and the host, Raymond, made it easy. I would highly recommend."

"My daughter was graduating from university of Delaware so we rented this place in Wilmington. Pretty easy drive back-and-forth from Newark to Wilmington. The place was clean and comfortable and plenty of room for our five-person family. The kitchen was very nice and easy to use as well. The only issue was no patio furniture in the back deck area."

"Great location for our weekend. Rental property does not have shampoo or soap as advertised. This was really annoying, we had to run out and get some. There were Ants all over the house, in the kitchen, bathrooms, living room. We even found an ant in our shoe. Also the sheets weren’t that clean. There was hair in between the sheets. I ended up sleeping on the top blanket with a blanket I bought. Also not really 3 bedrooms. The one “bedroom” doesn’t even have a door and opens up to the dining...
