New external finishes are integrated seamlessly into the existing bluestone structure and surrounding landscape with natural timbers, concrete claddings, galvanized metal, stone, and recycled red bricks. Internally, the home is spacious and light-filled with an open-plan design built for entertaining and bringing everyone together, complete with contemporary finishes, luxury appointments, and bespoke light fitting to add a feeling of elegance. Located in the heart of the countryside, Fassway Farm offers guests a chance to unwind in a natural and serene setting, surrounded by lush greenery, sprawling fields, and grazing farm animals. In addition to the vast captivating landscape, guests can enjoy a range of activities during their stay, such as taking leisurely walks around the farm, fishing in nearby lakes or rivers, or simply soaking up the sun on the property's well-manicured lawns. Guests will also enjoy the use of an in-ground trampoline, basketball court, soccer nets, ping pong table, fire pit, outdoor BBQ kitchen area, a large fruit orchard, and huge outdoor pool and in-ground spa with outdoor shower and entertaining area complete with lounge furniture and daybeds.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: We are now in the Fire Danger Period, which may begin as early as October and extend through to May, depending on conditions. CFA restrictions are in force, and no open flames are permitted at any time. This includes fire pits, wood-burning fireplaces, and any internal or external fires—these are strictly not allowed and form a firm house rule. All properties are equipped with safe alternative heating options for your comfort, and during this period we do not supply wood or kindling. Significant fines apply for breaching fire safety laws, so please take care and help protect yourself, our community, and this beautiful region.
