„After a seven hour drive from Skye in wet and stormy conditions, it was wonderful to arrive at Lanehead Old School where Lisa had lit the log burner in the large and comfortable hall and made me feel immediately at ease. The sleeping quarters are very cosy, with a separate bathroom and living room containing everything you need for a relaxed stay, best of all a very comfortable bed. „Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und das Essen ist lecker. Das Zimmer war jedoch nicht übermäßig schön eingerichtet und hatte durch die geringe Isolierung ein etwas komisches Klima. Die Bar war sehr kalt, sodass wir dort nur mit einer Jacke sitzen konnten. Für ein oder zwei Nächte kann man dort gut übernachten, wobei der Preis dafür schon saftig ist. “

„Absolutly gorgous hut, really quaint and quirky. Perfect bit of outdoor space with decking and grass for our dog. Lovely size hot tub and comfy bed.
Stunning views and perfect location for nice long walks. Local pub does beautiful food on a evening.
Only issue is that there could be a sign somewhere to advise where to turn off to get to the huts as we found it difficult to find.
