Schön aber hellhörig
Das Hotel ist schön. Abzug gibt es leider für die Hellhörigkeit. Die Türen zum Bad und Zimmer neben uns (kann wohl für Familien als Doppelzimmer gebucht werden) waren leider sehr dünn und waren extrem hellhörig. Da hat man sich nicht unbedingt gefühlt, als habe man Privatsphäre, weil man alles gehört hat...

Sehr schönes Hotel mit neu renovierten Zimmern. Es liegt 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum von Naussa und 10‘ zu Fuß zum schönen Strand von Agioi Anargyroi. Das Management und das Personal sind sehr nett und stets hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück wird in Form von Buffet serviert, aktuell durch Korona wird man jedoch bedient und man darf nicht alleine ans Buffet Hand anlegen - was aktuell auch völlig in Ordnung ist.

Zimmer nicht wirklich sauber
Die Covid Massnahmen wurden hier sehr übertrieben angewendet. Bsp. Abgepacktes Frühstück welches im Zimmer eingenommen werden musste. Die Zimmer wurden leider sehr schlecht gereinigt, obwohl wir seit Monaten die ersten Gäste waren.

You are right this year there measures and policies afainst Covid-19 and for all our Guests" safety like the Breakfast box, may cause less satisfaction. As from the moment you expressed your dissapointment the Hotel serves now an a la carte breakfast. Regarding the cleanliness - except for an insect found in one of your rooms- you were satisfied and this is the reason you left a generous tip to the Housekeeping Lady! All the Protocole standards for the cleanliness and disinfection of the Hotel are stricktly applied While here, we did our best for your Holidays, we ugraded your booking to a Superior Suite and we tried to serve all your requests. Die Freundlichkeit und die Hilfsbereitschaft waren überwältigend. Es wurde täglich gereinigt und die Handtücher gewechselt. Ein Wasserkocher fuer den ersten Kaffee bzw. Tee am Morgen ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Wir hatten das Basic-Zimmer gebucht und bekamen ein einfaches aber liebevoll eingerichtetes Zimmer. Leider gab es im Bad ein Problem mit dem Abfluss, der unangenehm roch. Wir bekamen ohne Probleme ein anderes Zimmer in der gleichen Kategorie angeboten. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl, auch die Poolanlage ist sehr schön. Bis ins Zentrum sind es 3 Minuten Fußweg. Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals und das tolle Frühstücksbuffet.

My stay here was very good. The room was absolutely beautiful, clean and everything in working order. The staff was friendly and made the best Fredo cappuccino. Breakfast was just right with simple but enjoyable options. The pool was small and limited seating but no issue and it was a quiet vibe, people reading around the pool. Just be aware when traveling with a child, that 3-5:30pm is seista time and someone complained that my son was loud as he played in the pool. So out of respect we went to our room, he wasn’t being loud, just laughing. Besides that we had a pleasant stay and everything is walking distance, about 7 min to everything.

11/10 - this has been an exceptional stay. Everything was perfect, made our stay 10x more enjoyable. Hotel staff were extremely hospitable, super friendly and helpful; they also gave us a superb out of the blue upgrade… can’t can’t wait to be back!!!! Huge shoutout to Maria, Panos, & Angela. Location is ideal too - 5 min walk down to Naousa where all the restos are. Just a 5 min walk from the bus station and ATV rental. We had a lovely stay!

The staff in this hotel is great. They’re friendly, helpful, professional, patient and courteous. In particular however, we had one person at the front office who keeps eyes on everything to make sure it is working as it should, her name is Angela, and, she is a real angel. She was particularly instrumental helping us as my kid got sick on our first day there. She arranged for the doctor, checked, followed up and through in every detail and full filled every promise and plan. This speaks mountains to her ethics and the vision of this hotel regarding customer service and hospitality. Thank you so much. The food is just delicious, their breakfast is superb. They checked all the boxes even though we were there during a heat wave and didn’t get out at all, it was a good experience when it could have been unsatisfactory. They made all efforts to make it good. Efcharisto.

We loved our stay in Zefi. The rooms were decorated beautifully and the facilities from the pool to breakfast and the pool bar, were all fantastic. The location to the beach and town was a perfect little stroll. This is a great hotel in a great location and we loved everything about our stay here.

Basic hotel and not the best attention to the customer. The front desk staff are friendly. Sure, a basic room is just that but this is very basic indeed. The room does not have a mirror - what hotel room does not have a mirror ? It’s a mystery!? Pool area is very tight - flattering pics!? The website suggested this is a boutique-style hotel but it’s really not. Breakfast is really basic and presented pre-pandemic style. We had breakfast one day and then didn’t bother. Not good value for money. Sorry!

Extrêmement mécontents.
La chambre donnée ne correspond en rien aux photos sur votre site.toute petite chambre avec 4 lits (1 lit double demandé) Une seule fenêtre donnant sur un couloir extérieur avec vue sur les autres chambres! Serviettes de plages usées ,chambre étroite et vieille salle de bain avec des joints sales. Nous allons faire une réclamation en ce sens sur votre site .le prix payé ne peut en aucun cas correspondre à cet hôtel référencé 4 étoiles sur hôtels.com et qui est loin du 4 étoiles attendu.

Kind staff! Very close to the center eara (food,bars and shopping)5-10 min walk. I took room with pool view so i had a little balcony,it was very nice. The only downside was the the flow of the shower was weak, they said that between 18-21 all the people in the island take a shower and this is the reason.

Lovely little hotel. Excellent breakfast. Staff were exceptionally helpful. Only 5 min walk from the vibrant centre of Naoussa. A car is recommended if you wish to discover all the wonderful beaches and beach clubs around the island

Manager is horrible. Problem with air conditioner
Check in was okay. The man was very nice. The only issue we had was we were told a room that said it was for 4 people had only a double bed in it which didn’t make any sense to me. Because of this they “upgraded” us. The upgraded rooms air conditioner didn’t work. At first we thought we weren’t working the unit correctly. The front desk was very nice and said they would stay while we were out and make sure everything was up and running before we got back. We got back and it was a good 90 degrees in the room. Again they were really nice but told us they were completely booked so she couldn’t move us to another room. She would have someone come first thing in the morning to look at the unit but we could open the windows for the night. There are no screens on the windows and I get attacked by mosquitoes. On top of the fact that it wasn’t any cooler outside than it was in the room. It was a miserable night of no sleep. The next morning they checked the unit and found the problem but said they couldn’t fix it for a couple more days but could move us. It was all a huge hassle and one entire night of making the room completely useless. Afterward the extremely rude manager told us that all she would discount was 60 euros (not even half of one night) and then kicked us out.

The team that takes care of you were exceptional. The cozy boutique environment was lovely as well, ensuring you aren’t overwhelmed by crowds yet still have all the great amenities. Location in town was fantastic as well.

disappointing in a few ways, we booked and paid for a premium room with a pool view, we didn’t get this room, our original room (35) that we were shown was then given to a family as they didn’t like their room and we were moved, to a room without a pool view, also it was our honeymoon this was on the booking but wasn’t recognised, I have been a gold customer previously now I’m a silver, no perks what so ever for us, treated not reasonably, didn’t get what I paid for
