Es liegt am unteren Rand der Bebauung in Oia. Dort ist es sehr ruhig, da sich hier keine Toruristen hin verirren. Das Hotel ist sauber und die Aussicht ein Traum. Einziges Manko von Villa 1 ist das der Whirlpool nicht direkt am Zimmer liegt. Alles andere Top. Sauber. Essen. Sunset sehr gut erreichbar.

The room is nice and clean. Very private and the view in our room is spectacular. The only problem is the stairs going up and down. It’s 120 steps to up and down it’s very tiring. Also, they don’t have creamer or milk for your coffee. Otherwise the staff and the property are great

I am giving this property a 5 star rating because the property was clean it self. However, the honeymoon suite did not have the sunset view from the property itself. The best part about our stay was how helpful the staff were. Mario helped us out a lot!!

Junior suite couples stay
We stayed for 4 nights and had the most amazing time. The junior sweet is everything you could ask for and more. Mario is on hand for everything, from organising boat trips, table reservations and even prosecco on our door step in the morning. All amenities were there, from towels, slippers and robes to shampoos and toothbrushes. The views are sensational and there was nothing we didnt love. Be prepared to walk a lot, and if you have breakfast included this is a short walk up to the main street but the staff are so friendly and catered for my coeliac food requirements. This was by far the best holiday. Id recommend the junior suite to anyone looking for a private holiday with a gorgeous view of the sea.

Such a beautiful place to stay in Oia! Love the cave and private outdoor jacuzzi experience! Host was very responsive and the worker even helped carrying our luggage up and down the stairs. Highly recommend this villa to stay if you’re visiting Santorini and wanna be in Oia!

Mario and the team were fantastic from start to finish. Responsive and easily contactable. They helped us with our bags and have us a mini tour on the way to the apartment. The view was insane, open your door to the entire bay area, something out of a movie! The apartment itself had aircon, a safe, a fridge and coffee machine. All the amenities were provided, including for the shower and it was perfect for what we needed. The only gripe, if you can call it that, is the fact the shower would run out of hot water after 10 minutes, meaning if 2 of you are to shower, you needed to be quick! It was cleaned as and when we wanted and the cleaning lady did a fantastic job. The private jacuzzi and sun bed area was brilliant and we had a very relaxing time. A small seat and table set in that private area would have been good for eating outside, but we did have a small bench outside the apartment. The location was incredible convenient, right in the middle of Santorini. Would go again and a definitely 9/10. One of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed.

Santorini is Wonderful
The cave was wonderful...the people were exceptional. Since it's early season, being in the middle of IOS was perfect...apparently the rest of the island wasn't open yet. Getting lost on the crazy stairs brings you to wonderful off path shops...throw away the map and go for it.

Location was beautiful!! Amazing view of Oai. The staff was so helpful, Mario was available whenever we had a question and the other staff member carried our bags all the way from the taxi drop off point! SO generous. Mario arranged a great boat tour for us. There is ton of shops and dining nearby, close to the sunset view spot. The jetted tub on the balcony worked well and was perfect to relax and see the town all lit up at night. The room was very cute and clean. I would recommend this hotel!

Perfect location. Not sunset view but very secluded and amazing night view. We loved our suite with outdoor hot tub. The stairs can be a little tough which may be something to consider but likely something to think about when staying in this area. They will help with luggage so that’s nice. Lots of amenities and Netflix on the tv. The perfect place to wrap up our stay when we were hopping around Greece! Would recommend.

The property is quite an experience! We absolutely loved it and would definitely come back. The only thing we noticed was a slightly odd smell between the front door through under the stairs (entryway), but nothing to completely turn us away. Mario and Riki were very welcoming and helpful! They’re wonderful people! We highly recommend this property.

Incredible. First of all, if you come to Santorini, you come for the views and to relax. If you don’t have a view of the caldera, then why are you here? To souvenir shop or take photos of the caldera? That’s fine but that wasn’t our plan. Our place had the view and the quiet. Top end finishings inside the place. GREAT view of the caldera from the hot tub and our daybeds. Our manager Mario secured us reservations at top of the line restaurants in Amoudi Bay with seafront tables.

I booked the honeymoon villa, the hot tub was not overlooking the sea as the pictures represented when I booked the Villa, I stayed at 3 hotels during my 7 days on the Island, only this hotel demanded that we not throw any toilet tissue in the toilet. Uncomfortable.

Excellent !
Plus une maison d'hôte qu'un hôtel (pas de réception, pas de personnel, petit dej au café Météor, au dessus dans le village) mais quel bonheur ! Emplacement parfait entre le coeur très animé d'Oia et son kastro, donc au calme (on est en septembre, année de Covid, peu de villas sont occupées, peut-être un peu moins calme quand toutes les villas sont occupées). Les villas sont toutes différentes, donc ce qui suit s'applique à la villa N° 6 "Exécutive" : un vrai chambre troglodyte, prolongée par une belle pièce à vivre, avec une fenêtre sur le coté. Une cuisine sympa (pas de possibilité de cuisson mais machine à café et frigo). Une salle de bain toute en tadelak, vraiment super sympa avec une toute petite fenêtre. Et un roof top avec cette extraordinaire vue sur la caldeira et une partie du village, juste la place pour 2 transats, une petite table, 2 chaises et le bain à remous où il est si agréable de se relaxer avec une telle vue. Le tout est vraiment impeccable de propreté, la literie est idéale pour moi (donc un peu ferme pour mon épouse... ;-) L'absence de réception et de personnel est compensé par Mario, joignable via WhatsApp, très réactif et qui se met en 4 pour faciliter le séjour.

Amazing villa, fantastic service, perfect locatIon
We have just returned from almost a week at Virginias Cave Villas and had a great time. The Villa is gorgeous; the hot tub, facilities, room, bathroom were all top class however the location was the most amazing part for us. You couldn’t have asked for a better location - close enough to the hustle and bustle of Oia but far enough away for seclusion and privacy - the views are spectacular! Perfect for a long weekend or full holiday, immaculate villas; Mario and his team looked after us so well, took our suitcases to/fro the taxi meeting point and was on hand to answer any questions via WhatsApp which was great. We had the best time in Oia and will return to Santorini in the future...when we do, we will definitely stay at Virginias Cave Villas !

The apartment and the location are outstanding. The service was great too... the only thing that we particularly did not like much was how hard the mattress was. We had a hard time falling asleep on it, and is was not only me, but my wife too. Besides that, everything was excellent.

I feel like we choose the best property in Oia, the balcony and private spa was perfect. The staff were lovely and so helpful, we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and our bags were carried down the stairs for us. The room is very spacious and cleaned every day. Highly recommend.

This is a great place to stay! Right in the heart of Oia, Santorini (the main area of interest on the island) but still private and away from the crowds. All restaurants, markets and shops are within a short walking distance. We reserved the standard villa and it had a balcony with lounge chairs, a hot tub (small but perfect for 2 people) and an amazing sea view. The villa was specious and clean. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning, replenishing the coffee and bath supplies. There was a welcome gift - a bowl full of fruit, bottle of wine and water. Plenty of coffee for the 2 coffee makers. The staff arranged our airport transfers and carried our luggage down and up the stairs. Special thanks to the team member who woke up at 4:30am to carry our bags to the airport van. Mario checked us in and he was also very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this place! Do not hesitate to book it.

The hotel has beautiful views by the water. It's quiet and spacious. It's well located, in close range to the center of the action. Lots of steps to walk, along the way made friends with neighbors. A nice Jacuzzi in the patio is enjoyable to use. Mario is very helpful and responsive. We end up extending one more night there.
