Gut gelegene Villa mit leichten Abstrichen
Schöne Villa mit Pool, gut gelegen als Ausgangspunkt zu allen Städten im Norden, aber auch zu den Stränden im Süden. 2 getrennte Apartments ideal für 2 Parteien / Familien. Einige kleinere Dinge bräuchten etwas Überholung und mehr Liebe zum Detail im Vergleich mit anderen Villen in der Preisklasse in der Umgebung.

Perfekt für Ruhe-Suchende
Sehr schönes Haus, hochwertige Ausstattung, alles wie beschrieben. Lediglich Geschäfte und Restaurants sind fussläufig nicht in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, ein Auto ist ratsam. Zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Bad befinden im Souterrain mit separatem Eingang. Hier hatten sie jungen Leute ihren eigenen Bereich bei unserem Familienurlaub. Danke an Yiannis für die gute Betreuung.

Perfect Stay
We had a lovely stay in this amazing house! The pool side is perfect and the house if very comfy. The house is close from the city and the beaches while having the feeling to be alone and the area.

A beautiful home
We loved the home. It was perfect for our family of seven. The location was great, the view Amazing in the yard very enjoyable. We were surprised however that the basement did not connect to the rest of the rest of the house inside. And we had to go outside to get to the main house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay we were however disappointed with the cleaning of the home. Each bedroom was provided one towel for four days. We had five towels for seven people for showers and pool time. When the cleaner came on our fourth day they did not stock toilet paper, dish detergent or laundry detergent. When we reached out to the host we were told that it was too much for them to provide it for all of us for seven days. And that guests were expected to purchase their own supplies. Four days later when they came to clean they stocked however still left us with no towels. For the amount of money we spent we should not have had to go out and buy towels, paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent. Other than that everything else was perfect

We would have welcomed the opportunity to assist you while you were still here, although we did not receive any feedback during your stay. The villa’s first floor indeed can be accessed from outdoors as visible online and in our description. The home had been thoughtfully prepared and equipped based on the number of guests you secured the villa for (five), of course if we would have been made aware that more guests would join we could have gladly arranged towel sets and provisions in addition accordingly. Housekeeping gladly changed the linen and bath towels during your vacations as the promised service offering, and maintaining sustainability, for environmental reasons pool towels are provided once. Supplies such as detergents are happily provided with courtesy for your first use on your arrival day & further grocery essentials can be purchased locally throughout your stay with us in our self catering villa. We would love to welcome you back sometime and are happy to share that we could also be of support in prestocking supplies even prior your arrival for outmost convenience. Splendide
Magnifique maison, parfaitement équipée, agréable autant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Nous avons été parfaitement accueilli par le propriétaire avec beaucoup d'attention (panier repas, eau fraiche). Le ménage est fait deux fois par semaine ce qui est appréciable. La maison étant située à 5 min de Réthymnon nous a permis d'avoir l'activité nocturne de la ville et le calme au bord de la piscine. Nous serions ravis d'y revenir !

Amazing
We had a fabulous time in the villa. It was beyond our expectations. The villa is very clean, well maintained, equipped with everything you need and more, very private and with the breath taking views. Lots of space inside and outside. We were 2 families of 6 but another family of 3,4 persons would fit easily. Our favourite place was outside near the pool and in the hot tub.The villa's manager Valia was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. A car is a must as there are so many beautiful beaches around to visit. Rethymno city is 10 minutes drive, our advice to visit Old Town and have dinner at Prima Plora restaurant. The food at this restaurant is to die for and the views are spectacular. To say that we loved our stay at Kosta Mare villa is an understatement. Thank you Think Villa team for making feel us welcome! Room for many.
Great property for several couples or large family groups. It’s well equipped and has plenty of room. The decor, views and amenities are wonderful. A rental car is a must as it’s not walking distance to anything other than the very local shops and taverna.

Beautiful home in a fantastic spot
We were a group of 8 adults, 3 couples and 2 singles enjoying a late summer week without our older children. Villa Kosta Mare was perfect. Clean, tidy and very well appointed. We each had our own rooms and plenty of indoor space to chill out but also lots of communal space to share for barbecues al fresco or lounging in the sun. The amenities were first rate and the villa was clean and tidy. The contact with Valia and the team was superb and the midweek clean and linen change a nice surprise (really should read the full property review and not get stuck on the pictures :-). The views from the terrace are spectacular. A great place to sit, drink Aperol and watch the sun go down. Having used Homeaway four times in four different countries this year, this house was the best by a way. Rethymno is just a ten min drive away with loads to do and see and definitely a place to go if you like good food. Recommend Giannikis Taverna about 5 mins away and Prima Plora a more upmarket restaurant with amazing views of the old fort at night, just outside Rethymno. In the heat, very little is in walking distance so a car is a must. We are already planning next years trip back...we all had a brilliant week.

Stunning villa with amazing views
We were a family party of 8 adults and 1 toddler. The villa being split into two areas worked brilliantly for us and meant we all had the space we needed. The standard of the property , the facilities and the cleanliness both inside and out were second to none. The only thing that we were slightly disappointed with was that the villa was more remote than we had anticipated. There were very few places within reasonable walking distance when you take into account the temperatures and the hills. This didn’t spoil our stay though as the property manager recommended a very reliable local taxi company. Overall, an incredible villa with amazing views in a quiet location - we had a great time!

Dejlig villa - god velkomst
Dejlig villa med de fleste ting man kan ønske sig. Området er ikke særlig spændende, så man er nødt til at have bil til rådighed. Der er ca. 10 min. kørsel til Rethymnon, Det lokale supermarked og bager har et rigtigt fint udvalg. Villaen er hyggelig med får og geder, som græsser omkring. Dog havde vi en uheldig episode med hunde, der var særdeles agressive og jagtede en gæst, som var ude at løbe en tur. Villaen er skøn og poolområdet med jacuzzi er lækkert. Dejlig udsigt over havet. Vores modtagelse var virkelig sød imødekommende, og vi fik gode tips til oplevelser i området.

Wonderful villa for a family vacation in Crete
The villa is spacious and had everything we need. It is also looked brand new. The villa is very private with no adjacent neighbors and with unblocked view of the Cretan sea and the snow capped white mountain. Grocery shopping is less than 5 min away. The beautiful city Rethymono is about 10 min of drive where you can find nice restaurants, shops, museums and a Venetian Fortress. We will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Crete.

The Villa was just what we had hoped for , Ideal in size and amenities Great Views and a central location to be able to explore crete . Une maison de rêve !
Maison très confortable et fonctionnelle, idéale pour une famille avec enfants et petits-enfants (comme c'était notre cas), ou pour des couples d'amis. La vue sur le jardin, la piscine et l'horizon sur la mer est magique et offre une palette de couleurs extraordinaire . La piscine est très agréable et un moment de détente dans le jacuzzi face au coucher du soleil, un verre à la main, est un moment d'exception ! Autre point très apprécié, le terrain est entièrement clos et permet de laisser les enfants jouer en toute tranquillité. L'accueil est irréprochable (même lors d'arrivée tardive) et les services inclus très appréciés (ménage 1 fois dans la semaine, entretien piscine). Le revers de la médaille : la maison est tellement confortable que l'on a du mal à se motiver pour des visites ou des baignades à la mer !!!
