Traumhafter Urlaub. Super Unterkunft und das Personal war durchweg freundlich. Das Frühstück war auch jedes Mal perfekt. Der Hot Tub war auch perfekt und nicht zu warm und nicht zu kalt.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! Clean, organized, relaxing. The staff were exceptional: 24 hour service and you can text them with ANYTHING you need. During our stay we actually locked ourselves out of the room (oops loll) and the staff handled the situation PERFECTLY. Just an amazing hotel and amazing staff. 10/10

My husband and I stayed 8 days at this hotel. We loved it and are sad to go. The view is in the mountains but you can see the sea and a beautiful view of Pyrgos. There is a few good local restaurants near by. It’s a great area away from all the crowd and noise of Oia. 30 min drive to Oia. 20 mins from super markets and black beach. Room service was very thorough in cleaning each day. They mopped and refreshed everything! Hotel is very clean and mold and dust free. Staff are so nice! We spoke frequently to front desk, breakfast and spa staff who are all very welcoming and very nice. Front desk helped us plan our trip and books tours. We asked lots of questions and they never got annoyed. Breakfast was very yummy! Always hot and fresh and great options! Free parking at location. Beautiful resort and would recommend staying here a few nights while you site see

The property, rooms, staff and food were excellent. We were not happy with the driver we hired through the hotel for an island tour. He offered no commentary on the sights, history or surroundings and spent a lot of time texting or on phone calls. Pleasant gentleman, but next time I'd hire a bona fide tour company, not what was just 'a driver'. It would also be nice if their pools were a few degrees warmer!

This is a gorgeous property with spectacular panoramic views! The suites are the way to go. However, closet space was scarce. Also room service was horrible I don’t think they’ve mastered the art and convenience of in room dining, so dine sat the restaurants inside.

Incredible hotel!
This hotel was definitely the highlight of our whole trip in Santorini. From the esquisite room, to the incredible view, to the service and the food, there is nothing I can really fault. If you are wondering which hotel to go to for your trip, this is definitely the one. Notably, the Peruvian/Japanese cuisine at the hotels restaurant Akau was amazing. Also, the spa and treatments were perfect, one of the best messages I have ever had. We are so happy that we chose this hotel for our honeyoon.

The staff was amazing. The hotel has beautiful views and has a very tranquil vibe. We chose our room so we could enjoy our private hot tub but the water was too cold to enjoy. Our stay was in April so we were here at the beginning of the season. I'm sure in summer, the cooler water will be appreciated. I did not like the breakfast ordering system. You must order the night before even if you are eating in the dining room. They were however, very accommodating when I changed my order the next morning.

This hotel is as beautiful as it looks in photos, even better in person. From The views, to the staff and the room itself, its just beautiful and peaceful . The only problem is going around the off season heated pools can be on the cold side being as though you’re on top of an mountain.

What an amazing experience at North Santorini Hotel and Spa! The property and service were top notch and they made us feel like family the entire stay! Definitely coming back here next time! We stayed 8!days and never wanted to leave. Alex who runs the breakfast dining is nine short of the best person on the island. The front desk staff was always helpful and booked anything we wanted in town or in property. Don’t miss a chance to stay here!

Amazing hotel with such lovely staff. We visited for our honeymoon and the hotel was so luxurious as it claims to be in the title. We had a private heated pool and the service provided by the staff went above and beyond our expectations. They were so kind and caring and made our whole experience. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the views are breathtaking. My husband and I loved every single part of our stay. Special shout-out to the brunette receptionist, she was so sweet!

Ce nouvel endroit, construit 2020-2021 est tout simplement à couper le souffle… tout neuf et moderne, les chambres sont tres spacieuses avec une vue 360 et surtout intimité parout en plus même sur les balcons. Le personnel est 5 étoiles. Et que dire du restaurant Akau !!!! Digne de restaurant étoilé Michelin. Nous avons fait 4 hotels durant notre séjour en Grèce et celui ci est mon coup de coeur à tous les niveaux. Je le recommande à tous sans hésiter.

Excellent hospitality. They spoiled us while we stayed there. They tried to take care of any to evey thing we needed to make our stay beyond comfortable. we did not want to go back. The staff takes care of you like you are the most special guest of the town. From the 2 girls and the guy at the reception to the spa ladies to the chef and waiters.. they are all the best and top notch at their hospitality. The owner of this hotel is extremely lucky to hv such people working for him♥️

Demasiado imprevistos
A pesar de coger las opcion de pagar en el hotel, se nos hizo un cargo un mes antes del 30% en concepto de paga y señal sin previo aviso desde el hotel. Durante la estancia, en el parking del hotel nos rompieron con una piedra el cristal del coche de alquiler. Fue una odisea que el hotel se hiciera responsable, después de dos dias de idas y venidas, al fin se hicieron responsables. El hotel en si es maravilloso, pero nos ha faltado que no hayan tenido ningún tipo de detalle al ser viaje de luna de miel y con una estancia de 7 días… Ninguna persona del staff habla español.

Amazing and relaxing stay at North Santorini! Super clean, tasty a la carte free breakfasts and gorgeous views. Close to Pyrgos town and a short drive to Fira and Oia. Highly recommend. My only small complaint was the music by the pool..guess I’m getting old, but it was so loud at times :)

North Santorini - perfect hotel
Everything about this hotel is outstanding. The hotel, the presentation, the staff, rooms and all the amenities. Breakfast is a very high quality and standard with a view over the whole of Santorini island. Breathtaking! We stayed for 10 days at the beginning of October, each day was amazing. Pyrgos is an easy 10 min walk away. Would highly recommend North Santorini

Lovely Villa
The Villas were awesome. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Three view of the sea from the room was amazxing. Only negative was the heated pool wasn't really heated but it was so hot that it didn't matter. Would stay there again.
