Erstklassiges Hotel, super Service in allen Bereichen des Hotels (auch auf dem Zimmer) , hoch aufmerksames und überaus freundliches Personal, tolles Hotelgelände, hervorragendes Frühstück, viel Privatsphäre, direkt am Meer, Kuchen und Prosecco als Geschenk zu meinem Geburtstag, meine Frau und ich verbrachten hier herrliche Tage bei Sonne Strand und Meer. Wer sich verwöhnen lassen möchte und einen unkomplizierten und luxuriösen Hotelaufenthalt sucht ist hier an der richtigen Adresse. Die benachbarten Städte Chernosissos und Malia sind sehr touristisch geprägt. Mehr Flair und Atmosphäre haben die naheliegenden Dörfer Koutouloufari und Piskopiano (10 Autominuten entfernt).

Alles war perfekt - ausser das Preisniveau der zwei Restaurants sowie die Getränke ist etwas überteuert. Mitte Oktober sind die Temperaturen im Meer und Pool schon sehr tief.

Absolute Top-Anlage. Das Hotel bietet für Ruhesuchende mit Privatsphäre ideale Voraussetzungen, insbesondere bei den Zimmern mit eigenem Pool. Grosszügig angelegt, genügend Platz beim Pool und Meer. Für Kinder eher ungeeignet, da keine Rutschen etc.Das Frühstücksbuffet ist hervorragend, gedeckte Tische, Service alles bestens. Preise in den Restaurants allerdings auch gehoben.

Leider behandeln die Manager den Gast mit einer guten Portion Arroganz und sind nicht Kretikfähig. (Mehrfach vorgekommen) Das restliche Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Anlage ist umwerfend.

Tolle Anlage mit exzellentem Essen und super Service! Im gesamten Restaurant total herzliche Menschen, die einen wirklich willkommen heißen. Die Zimmer sind neu und sauber. Das Fitnessstudio ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das einzige was uns etwas verstört hat, war dass wir einmal als wir den room service in Anspruch genommen haben tatsächlich 15€ für das bringen veranschlagt wurde. Das kennen wir so nicht und stand auch nirgends. So etwas sollte in einem 5* Ressort nicht vorkommen.

Perfektes Hotel
Neue Anlage, direkt am Strand, hochmodernes großzügiges Zimmer, optimal ausgestattetes Bad mit wählbar farbiger Beleuchtung und integriertem Fernseher, Terrasse mit Zugang zu einem eigenen Pool, einladendes Haupthaus, geniales Frühstück, bei Halbpension abwechslungsreiche Menükarte, allerdings ohne irgendeinen griechischen Bezug.

From the 5 Star welcome, which included the hostess receiving us with beverages,tour of the property and helping us to familiarize ourselves with the hi-tech features in our room, to the excellent breakfast and overall experience, it is definitely a class of its own. We stayed in a seaview room which also came with a private pool. The room was well furnished, including blackout curtains, and they always maintained the room by making the bed in our absence and also left sweet treats and wine for us. The review will not be complete without mentioning the guest relations staff. Angeliki and Sofia were the two staff members who ensured we had a comfortable stay and answered all our questions about the hotel, the general area, dinner recommendations etc. They were extremely friendly and helpful and were there to greet us at breakfast and later in the evening. When there was a technical issue with the TV in the room, Sofia appeared right away and helped us figure it out and also had the technician show up immediately. She was informative about the village (Chersonissos), While we immensely enjoyed their excellent breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, baked goods etc., and the hospitality during the breakfast, our stay would have been perfect if the restaurants offered more choices of vegetarian dishes for dinner. We dined only one night in the restaurant as the options were quite limited for vegetarian entrees and sides. Hoping to see more vegetarian options during our next visit.

We had an excellent stay at the Nana Princess. The hotel is extremely well designed and maintained to a superb standard. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We didn’t really explore the immediate area, but it felt like the hotel was a little way from restaurants (it has two really good ones on the property though).

Excellent séjour dans un très bel hôtel.
Séjour idyllique dans un hôtel magnifique parfaitement entretenu. Le personnel est adorable, disponible pour vos moindres demandes. Les suites sont spacieuses avec une piscine vue sur la mer et une terrasse permettant de se relaxer et de prendre ses repas. Le service ne chambre est assuré par un personnel très serviable et très professionnel. La piscine est très belle avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. L’hôtel dispose d'une plage privée avec des transats et des lits de plage. Des bouteilles d'eaux sont offertes tous les jours en chambre ainsi qu'à la piscine. Un grand merci à tous le personnel qui est vraiment dévoué et professionnel.

This property is truly 5 star and exceeded so our expectations. We stayed at Nana Princess with a newborn baby and the hotel was very accommodating. They contacted us before check in to organize baby amenities to be available in the room. Upon arrival, the check in was very smooth and personalized. Our room was immaculate. The design is modern and thoughtful. Huge bed, deep bath tub and rainfall shower head, lovely private pool for every suite and direct views of the sea. We were also very impressed by the staff - everyone was welcoming and made our stay pleasant. There are 2 dining options for dinner - we would have preferred a bit more choice, but the restaurants there were well presented. We would definitely recommend this resort and would stay here again.

Our experience was amazing. We have stayed in many five star resorts around the world and Nana Princess surpassed all of them. The service in every aspect was exceptional, the cleanliness was superb, the food was of the highest quality and the staff always greeted us with a smile. I would highly recommend this resort and would even rate it higher than five stars if it were possible!!!

Le calme , la beaute du lieu , la piscine de la chambre , les diverses piscines, angelique de l'accueil, angelique du restaurant ont ete merveilleusement bienveillant avec notre enfabt et nous même. En étant au nana princess vous avez accès au golden beach ou se trouve le kids club et structures tobbogans piscines ...le paradis des enfants ;) mais le personnel du kids club n'est pas très avenant, le manque de motivation se fait ressentir !! Dommage aussi quil ferme entre 12h30 et 15h ce qui ne laisse pas reelement le temps d'aller profiter du spa /massage ou faire une grande sortie

Ekstremt god service og fantastiske rom. Vi har aldri opplevd et hotell som har levert så bra på alle punkter. De har store rom, masse aktiviteter på hotellet ved siden av, egne paviljonger med sofa og solsenger på stranden, restauranter i verdensklasse og den beste frokost bygden vi har sett før. Vi har ingenting negativt å påpeke om noen ting. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Brilliant upmarket resort.
The Nana Princess is a beautiful resort. There was nothing bad about it at all. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days after a conference at a different hotel at the end of October. Nana Princess is new, modern and the staff are amazing. It's quite small - very upmarket and swish. The pool with each room was brilliant and the ability to choose the temperature of your pool. We used the indoor pool in the Spa one of the days when the weather was poor. It's a beautiful pool and relaxation area. We went to the beach café/bar each day. There are cabana's and 2 private beaches. We ate at the meat restaurant, which had great food and service but was a little cold as there were no heaters and it was October. We ate at the fish restaurant twice which did have heaters. The atmosphere and ambiance were fabulous and the food and service amazing. The bar in the main building was great with entertainment each night. The breakfast was great and two mornings we managed to get a table by the window overlooking the sea. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Each room has its own pool.
