Traumhafte Unterkunft mit Meerblick
Mitte September verbrachten wir eine wundervolle Woche in dieser phantastischen Villa mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern und deren Partnern. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, das Haus war sehr gut aufgeteilt mit 3 Bädern, sodass wir mehr als genug Platz hatten. Der Außenbereich ist ein Traum ! Blick auf das Meer und den schönen Strand Tsambika, wunderbare bequeme Gartenmöbel und ein traumhafter sehr großer Pool. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Das Geschirr ist geschmackvoll und absolut ausreichend vorhanden, besonders gut gefiel uns das Vorhandensein von bruchsicherem Geschirr für die Poolarea. Es gibt Außenrolläden, zur Sicherheit und gegen das Aufheizen durch die Sonne. Mein morgendliches Highlight waren die Sonnenaufgänge , die ich vom Bett aus sehen konnte! Die Lage dieser wunderbaren Villa auf Rhodos ist genial, man ist sehr schnell überall, in Rhodos Stadt, Lindos oder auch in den Bergen, an der Westküste oder Prasonisi ganz im Süden. Ganz einzigartig war eine hervorragende Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin der Villa - liebe Patrica, wir möchten uns auch auf diesem Wege noch einmal für die hervorragende Unterkunft und die liebe Betreuung bedanken und dass wir eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser schönen Villa verbringen konnten!

Sehr schönes grosse Villa mit fantastischem Ausblick und wunderschönem Garten. Die Lage der Villa war super und wir genossen die absolute Ruhe. Herzlichen Dank auch an Patricia für die super Organisation. Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Wonderful time at a wonderful place!
As we were NOT the first time at Rhodes - we had an idea of the place we will stay for 12 days. But coming into the Villa - and going through - straight to the garden and pool: awesome view down to Tsambika Beach and to the left Tsambika monastry on the hilltop. Wow. Amazing the pool - either at the morning - before breakfast; during the day or: in the evening with pool and garden lights. Hanging around in the pool - looking down to the beach and to Kolymbia. We found everything we needed - in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Nice support for changing towels and beddings handled by Elaine and David. Thanks also for helpful deals around a lost case on our flight. The place is very nice - and maybe - sometime we will come back for a wonderful time at the Villa.

Beautiful Villa in a tranquil setting
The villa is just as described and pictured with amazing views and plenty of outside space. The location is convenient for accessing places to visit but feels secluded and peaceful. The air conditioning works very well and comfortable spacious rooms meant we all slept very well. The pool is very clean and beautifully maintained along with the lush planting outside. We would definitely recommend this villa and the communication with owner was very helpful before and during the stay. Hope to return one day soon!

Lovely villa, with beautiful views
We have just enjoyed a wonderful 2 weeks here. The villa is spacious, well equipped and comfortable even in the heatwave whilst we were there. The garden and pool are the real feature of the property with stunning views over the bay. We spent many hours enjoying the pool! Location is perfect, easy journey from the airport, ideal beach for the family, lovely tavernas and lots of lovely places like Lindos, Butterfly Valley and Rhodes Old Town within easy reach. Patricia was a great host, easy to reach and made sure our stay was supported with lots of advice and guidance. We would definitely return!

First class holiday
A wonderful Villa, no issues at all - very spacious and superb location. Great view and the local beaches were excellent. Found the Panorama restaurant a bit pricey but otherwise all the restaurants were great especially those in Lindos. The beach really is wonderful - ample parking in all venues which was a joy ! The information pack provided by the owners is extremely helpful - probably the the most accurate we have ever been given. The whole holiday, location and beaches and villa were superb. One final point - the local goats to the villa were lovely - a really nice touch to a beautiful holiday.

Great pool with fantastic view
We really had a lovely week at the Villa. It is a great location with lots of walks and trails around. The beaches in the vicinity are great and really easy to get to. The kids loved the beaches and playing in and around the pool, which we found to be a really good size to actually swim some lengths! Patricia was a great host, providing loads of really useful information about the villa and Rhodes, and was on hand to assist whenever required. Having an Amazon Fire Stick was also great to keep the kids entertained when required! We had a great time thanks! x

Great stay
Lovely villa with spectacular views. There was everything we needed, including a generous welcome pack. Patricia provided helpful information, and the whole process from booking to leaving was very smooth. Tsampika beach is wonderful, and local restaurants are friendly with good food. 20-25 mins drives to Lindos and Rhodes town, which are well worth a visit. A great week. Thank you.

Beautiful property in idyllic location
Great property with very helpful host. Arrived to a welcome pack containing bread, butter, milk , eggs and more which were highly appreciated since our delayed flights meant we missed the shops! We had a wonderful time here A perfect spot in the hills with sea views. The villa was lovely with good air conditioning and blinds for a good nights sleep. Great pool and lots of places to sit outside and read or eat. Lovely beach nearby with lots to do for the kids. Archangelos nearby had plenty of shops and restaurants.

Excellent choice
We have just spent a glorious week at this villa. The villa was very well equipped and the outside area was just gorgeous, with so many places to sit out, and plenty of shade. The views of the sea are just amazing. Plenty of sun loungers and parasols and the pool was a great size. Patricia was such as good host, and communication was excellent. Would love to return some time in the future and will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Definitely 5 star experience
The villa, especially its views, outdoor spaces and bedrooms, are wonderful! It was breathtaking to see the place upon arrival, probably the best location in Rhodes. What made the stay extremely successful was however the host, Patricia. She is the best villa owner ever, so kind, helpful, quick to respond. Can't thank her highly enough! Also the local tips given by her before arriving to Rhodes were excellent and very helpful. The A/C systems in each room were great, heated pool absolutely wonderful, everything was very clean and the area nice. We would definitely return to Patricia's villa when traveling to Rhodes again. What a gem!

Absolute Perfection!
We cannot recommend this beautiful villa enough. The owners are delightful and couldn't have been more helpful - it's their own holiday home which means it really is a home from home. So well equipped which meant our lazy days by the heated pool, overlooking the sea with the mountains (and goats!) behind us were relaxed and very happy. It's in a great position too. Perfectly placed for visiting the sights and well away from all the big tourist areas. We loved it! Can you tell?

Great villa, lovely view, super pool!
The villa is situated between Lindos and Rhodes Town making it conveniently placed to explore much of the island by car. We spent a wonderful 10 days lazing by the large pool and exploring the beaches, our favourites being Agathi for the golden sand and Stegna for the paddle-boarding and snorkelling. Haraki is lovely in the evenings for cocktails and seafood, and Rhodes Town and Lindos are very pretty despite far too many souvenir shops. Patricia the owner is extremely helpful and gave us clear directions to the villa from the airport as well as lots of other useful information. We would not hesitate to recommend the villa.

We had a very easy late summer break at this well positioned, and equipped villa. Lots of helpful info was provided on local tavernas, supermarkets, sights and beaches - although we spent most of our time in or by the pool, admiring the garden, views, and comical goats in the hills. Missing it already!

What a fantastic villa!
We stayed for two weeks in this lovely villa, and everything was spot on. The location of the villa is such that you are well placed to do anything on the island, we visited Rhodes Town, Prassonisi (where the Aegean and Mediterranean seas meet), Kritinia (fantastic sunset) as well as visiting many of the places on the same coast as the villa. Lindos and Haraki were our favourite for eating out, and plenty of choices on the beaches. The great thing for us was the beaches being within easy reach, many within 15 minute drive from the villa. The villa itself is quiet and secluded, with amazing views and pool, and so we mixed our daytime up between beach time and pool time. All in all, we’ve had a fantastic trip and would highly recommend. Patricia has been fantastic to communicate with and provided lots of helpful advice to make our stay very enjoyable.

Très belles vacances !
Nous étions 4 couples d'amis et nous avons passés d'excellentes vacances. Patricia, la propriétaire a été très disponible et réactive à nos différentes demandes pendant notre séjour. La piscine est régulièrement entretenue; Le linge de lit et de maison est changé toutes les semaines. Si je peux me permettre quelques remarques afin d'améliorer les prestations déjà très satisfaisantes, il manque une essoreuse à salade et des couteaux à steak. Pour améliorer le confort des chambres, un renouvellement de la literie serait peut-être à envisager. Ces remarques personnelles n'enlèvent en rien le fait que nous avons tous apprécié nos deux semaines de vacances dans cet endroit idyllique.

Beautiful villa, fantastic holiday!
We had a lovely time on Rhodes. The villa was ideally placed (centrally) on the island, with Tsambika on the doorstep (great for all the water activities). The villa was modern, spacious, and clean, with a great garden and pool area. And the balconies were ideal for catching the beautiful sunrises or relaxing on an evening. Patricia (the owner) kept in touch before, during, and after the holiday to ensure our trip went smoothly, and to offer local advice. And David and Elaine (who look after the villa) were very friendly and helpful (thank you for the tip about Farma!) Thank you so much for a lovely time.

Magical holiday - one we will always remember
We stayed at Tsambika villa for two weeks from 30th August 2017. Patricia's instructions on how to get to the villa were very good and it was an easy drive from the airport. We chose this villa to celebrate our daughter's wedding - she got married at St Paul's Bay on 4th Sept and we had the reception on the beach as Tambakio. At the reception a full moon looked down upon us - so too did the lit up Acropolis. It was magical! We arrived at the villa in the dark and I couldn't wait until morning to see the view - it did not disappoint! There was a welcome pack on arrival and this was appreciated as the shops were closed by the time we'd departed the airport. The outside area of the villa is gorgeous and this is the reason why we chose it. The garden is spacious and I loved having breakfast sitting under the pagoda looking down at Tsambika beach. We had a pre-wedding pool party/BBQ which was a lot of fun and everyone enjoyed the heated swimming pool. We had a house full of guests during our first week, but there was always somewhere lovely to sit outside where you could get some peace and quiet. The staff at the Panorama taverna which is very close to the villa were lovely. We will miss them all, especially Sam and Manos. The food was good and so were the homemade cakes! We plan to return to Rhodes out of season and will definitely be visiting this lovely family run taverna again. We hired a car for our full stay and this is necessary. We really enjoyed Haraki beach and Stegna which are within a 10 minute drive from the house. We preferred these small pretty bays than visiting the larger Tsambika beach. I did some wonderful runs at 6.30am just as it was getting light. It's extremely hilly so not for the faint-hearted but the sunrises were spectacular; I will miss these very much. Our holiday was wonderful from start to finish and I would definitely recommend staying at this villa. Thanks to Patricia for her kindness.

Immaculate private pool and stunning sea views
Lovely villa and immaculate pool. We chose this villa because of the pool and we weren't disappointed - it was the most immaculate pool we've ever had. The only thing that could have improved it would have been if the pool had been heated, as believe it or not, it's a bit chilly in September! But, it was perfect for cooling off in during the heat of the day. The privacy afforded by the mature gardens and spectacular views of the sea were also perfect for us. David and Elaine who look after the property for the owners were lovely and couldn't be more responsive or helpful. It was also nice to speak to the owners before we went and the information they provided about local amenities was really useful. My brother joined us for a few days and was really impressed at how easy it would be to bring his children out here for a holiday - he thought that it would be much easier to keep an eye on them whilst they played in the pool here, rather than at a resort, and they could use the villa as a safe base from which to enjoy the many activities available for days out. He's already planning to bring his family out here together with friends next year! Overall, it was a lovely place to relax in and is in the best area in Rhodes in our opinion (not too far from the airport, on the Mediterranean side of the island, near great beaches and really good tavernas). The other thing that could have improved our experience would have been a welcome pack, such as bottled water, tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter, cheese, like you get at other villas of similar quality, especially after travelling for twelve hours to get there only to find out we've got to get back in the car and drive ten minutes to the nearest supermarket to get refreshments. So, our advice is to call at a supermarket on your way to the villa - that's what we'll be doing next time!

Many thanks to our guests for their positive review. We are pleased that they enjoyed their stay and are keen to come again. From May 2017 we will have a pool heater installed which should make the pool somewhat warmer! The specification suggests a temperature of 27 degrees. When guests arrive late in the day we offer to buy groceries on their behalf. For guests arriving during shopping hours (this guest had an agreed early arrival at midday) we recommend a particularly good supermarket on the way from the airport. However we will be providing welcome packs for next season. We were a little disappointed to receive a first review that has not been five star, although are pleased that this did not seem to overall reflect the holidaymakers experience.

Beautiful views
We had a lovely stay in late August to September 2016. The villa is located on a hill and has beautiful views of the surrounding hills, the beach and sea. The journey up the twisting private road up to the villa was an experience especially on the first night, in the dark with a fully loaded 9 seater mini-van! The villa is in a good location and within easy driving distance to Rhodes Town, Lindos and the airport. We made trips to Haraki and Maria's taverna for dinner and Tsampika and Agathi beaches, both beautiful. Thank you to the owner Patricia who very kindly arranged a very late dinner on our arrival night at the local Panorama restaurant. The villa's outdoor space is lovely, although some bushes could do with a trim to enable you to enjoy the landscape more. The living space and kitchen could be slightly larger given that we were 7 adults and 3 kids, but it was sufficient. Patricia's red folder - 'The Bible' was very helpful, providing directions and suggestions. I would say its worth driving to Lidl, which is about 25-30 mins drive towards Rhodes town, as this is far cheaper than other supermarkets. The other supermarket near Afandou is also well stocked. Lovely weather and lovely private villa with breathtaking views. I would definately recommend.

Perfect peace and quite for a family of 7 adults keen to relax and frequently cool off in the pool. With 2 hire cars access to other activities and restaurants was easy and all the recommendations that we tried out were ideal.

As lovely as advertised!
We stayed for 6 nights at the villa and could easily have put in another 6 nights.. The view was every bit as beautiful as it was in the photos. The pool was excellent with kids; deep at one end to allow jumping and proper swimming, shallow from the other end to allow for the 3-year-old to safely enjoy it. The garden was very well established. Yes, there were some bees around but although one of us is allergic they didn't make any trouble. The house was spacious enough to fit even more people, but we were only 5. If we had had the house full the only limitations might have been the kitchen table; it seats 5 people easily but I doubt that 9 would have fit. However, there are places (sunbeds, tables, patios) in the garden that I never even had time to explore > for sure 9+ people could find their place easily when extending to the garden. We never ran out of hot water, never had any issues with air-conditioning. Very easy washing machine and dish washer. The villa was located in a very quiet spot. Quiet (and few) neighbours with nobody watching you, unless you count the goats living in a nearby lot. (we loved them!) Excellent location for seightseeing, definitely recommend the sights nearby, Haraki beach, sandy beach of Tsampika or Agathi, and a drive down the west coast. We can warmly recommend the house from all aspects. This was the first time we rented a house and I was truly surprised that the owners were SO extremely helpful. We had numerous phone calls with them, and the service was excellent from the beginning to the end!

Perfect villa!!
The villa is perfect and the view amazing. The villa has everything you can ask for, there are several very nice walks nearby. If you rent a car you can drive to several beaches and restaurants in a couple of minutes. We went there with our two children 5 and 8 years old and they loved the house and the pool as well. Patricia the owner is very helpful. We can recommend restaurant Maria on the way down to the beach, its perfect for children and the owners are very friendly and generous and the food is great. We would definitely rent the villa again if we go back to Rhodes.
