The claim is something like the best service etc… Now they didn‘t answer any of my e-mails. Very disappointing!! Don‘t go to this place it‘s not nearly so good as on the pictures. Our room were without windows and they call it luxury room. Is that even allowed? A storage room with mold in the shower… Unbelievable! Oh yeah don‘t order mastiha, you pay for a little shot 15 Euros and they pay less for the whole bottle. I get it it‘s Mykonos but come on! Stay away, every other hotel nearby is far better believe me! Ornos btw. is a great Location!

Dear Mr. Adrian,Thank you for giving us the opportunity to reply to your comment.We are feeling sorry that you didn’t enjoy your stay with us, instead of the majority of our guests, but we respect your opinion.Concerning the comments about your room, we would like to explain that your initial reservation was for the Zen room (the lower room category type) and you asked for an upgrade free of charge. Although the hotel was fully booked during your stay, we don’t understand why we must give free upgrades to some of our guests, as the others pay exactly what they book. Do you think is fair?You sent your request on 03/07 and we replied on 05/07 via the Expedia extranet.Secondly, your room has a window.Last but not least you pay 15 euros for two shots, not for a single one, as mastiha is one of the most expensive and unique liqueur in Greece.

Luxushotel mit schöner Dachterrasse!
Top 5 Sterne Hotel, mit sehr schöner Aussichtsterrasse! Das Hotel befindet sich auf einer kleinen Anhöhe und der Ornos beach ist in der Nähe. Jedoch geht man dorthin etwa 5 min und es gibt dort keine eigenen Liegen für das Kensho Hotel! Das ist für diesen Hotelpreis recht enttäuschend! Das Leitungswasser schmeckt leider etwas salzig. Das Peronal ist dafür sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.

Schönes Hotel, aber...
Der Service war sehr gut. Nur das Innenliegende Zimmer gefiel uns nicht so. Die Körperwaage war defekt und in den Ecken noch etwas Staub. Das Frühstück war ein Traum. Sehr lecker und qualitativ hochwertig. Die Extragebühr für den Welcomeservice von 30€ fand ich unangemessen.

Wunderschönes, intimes Boutiquehotel mit allem, was man braucht: Geräumige Zimmer mit eigenem Pool, Pool und Sonnenliegen, leckerem Frühstücksbuffet, kleinem Gym etc. Gut gelegen mit nur 5 Gehminuten zum Ornos Beach und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants. Das Personal war unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit und macht dieses Hotel zu etwas Besonderem. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Einzigartiges wunderschönes Hotel
Das Kensho Hotel fasziniert mit seiner traumhaften Einruchtung , es unterscheidet sich von allen anderen Hotels, da es seinen ganz eigenen Charm hat und die Liebe zum Detail ersichtlich ist. Das ganze Kensho Team ist ausserordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend! Man fühlt sich immer willkommen. Die charmanten Housekeeperinnen kommen zwei Mal täglich vorbei und fragen ob sie etwas für einen tun können. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr umfangreich und bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas! Das Spa ist sehr schön und bietet kompetent ausgeführte sehr angenehme Massagen und vieles mehr an. Alles in allem hat das Kensho Hotel viel positives zu unserem Urlaub beigetragen und ich kann es jedem empfehlen! Vielen Dank!

L hotel est tres bien agencé et décoré, géré par une Directrice très investie dans le bien etre de ses clients. ses collaborateurs nouent des rapports de proximité agreables . Convient pour un.court sejour car la.piscine est petite bien que jolie. Les bus ne sont pas frequents pour rejoindre la ville. la navette de 10 mn en voiture privee vous coutera de 30 a 40 €. I loved the friendly staff. We even had a late flight so we stored our bags all day and came back and used the transfer service. We were still able to use the hotel also though we checked out that morning. That helped so much so we can still enjoy our day with no luggage and had a ride late to airport. Definitely not a place just because since it is very expensive but perfect for a couples getaway for a special occasion.

Beautiful hotel, but not worth the price
We loved our stay, great location, service and food. Only problem was we had been upgraded from the sister hotel ornos where we had booked a sea view room and ended up in a small basic room with no view. Also the public pool was small and not really a pool you would sit around. However the beach was really nice, but we would need to pay for the loungers.

Great property with an excellent team of staff. Worth booking via Expedia Gold account as upgrades are available. Would stay again, only reason why it wasn’t perfect was due to check out experience and cost of transfers.
