Das Hotel war sehr sauber, das Appartement wurde täglich gereinigt incl. frischer Handtücher. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, besonders George von der Rezeption und Maria waren immer sehr freundlich. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen ganz bestimmt sehr gerne nochmal wieder:-)

Extrem harte Matratzen und Minipool
Das Hotel würde ich nicht weiterempfehlen. Die Matratzen waren viel zu hart ebenso die dazugehörigen Kissen. Ein erholsamer Schlaf war nicht möglich. Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig und der Wagen der Reinigungskraft war ständig zu hören. Die Küche ist minimal ausgestattet, ein scharfes Messer und Geschirrtücher wären schön gewesen. Der Pool ist sehr klein und auch nicht wirklich einladend. Das Hotel ist ca. 6 Autominuten von Sitia entfernt. Ein Strand ist erst in Sitia, diesen haben wir jedoch nicht genutzt, da wir uns gleich in die schönen Strände von Itanos verliebt hatten. Der Hotelbesitzer sollte mindestens bessere Matratzen anbieten!

Nettes Hotel in ruhiger Lage
Wir waren zu Fuß unterwegs und hatten gut zu laufen, da Busverbindung eher Zufall; zum Baden sollte man andere Buchten aufsuchen, da Kiesstrand und nicht gerade sauber; mit Auto gut erreichbar. Sitia ist ein netter kleiner Ort mit guter Gastronomie in Hafennähe.

Very disappointing stay. This photos show a pleasant hotel with sea views. What we had was a view of the sea with a very ugly old half built building obscuring the view. The receptionist was surly, abrupt and generally unpleasant. No welcoming smile, I felt like we were a burden. The room was full of mosquitos. The bed was a bit like sleeping on a blanket covered rock and only 2 pillows. Breakfast the first morning... my husband is a diabetic and is not able to eat any of the cakes and pastries offered. there was only one piece of dry looking cheese left. This is not usually a problem as most hotels will be able to offer something else, such as eggs or omelette. So I asked the person at the desk (same guy as checked us in) if there was any cooked or other savoury food. the answer was ... 'no'. not even, I am sorry but we don't have anything else. So, having paid €11 each for breakfast (for 2 days) we had breakfast elsewhere.

Our reception is not cold, unfortunately we do not speak French and since you didn't speak English, any interaction when asked was limited on your side. Hotel information and policies are listed in each of our rooms, there is a laminated sheet of paper, it is unfortunate that you didn't see it. There is no full breakfast buffet set when there are only 2 guests planned for breakfast. No other guests at the time wanted breakfast, only you. Thus, a partial buffet breakfast was set. The swimming pool is maintained every day, other guests used it daily while you were also staying at our hotel and had zero issues with it. The sink tap issue was something easily fixed had you informed us, but again, your lack of communication with us as well was clear.

Not isolated, 3km from Sitia, 50m from the main road. Right next to a university. 25m to Vai beach, Location clearly marked on maps for everyone to see.

l'hotel est super patron super discret et tres serviable le site bien placer et super transquille camme et tres propre grace a Maria une fee emergique et tres competante. la piscine super grande et bien ensoleillee agreable et tres propre et bien amenager les appartement hotel son grand et mobilier moderne bien tres bon lit super wifi...... un petit benol il manque un peu de vaiselles et surtout un micro-onde tout le reste est bien meme la vue on est en crete il faut s'habituer au paysage cote mer super on reviendra tres vite le conseil pour un 2 etoits je lui en donne une autre le pris et super resonnable

Μέτριο απ΄έξω πολύ καλό μέσα!
Εξαιρετικά άνετο δωμάτιο πολύ καθαρό και με θέα την θάλασσα Δυστυχώς η θέα περιλαμβάνει και κάτι εργοστάσια και η περιοχή είναι μέτρια αν και κοντά στην πόλη. Από το δωμάτιο μόνο ένα αρνητικό υπάρχει τα πολύ σκληρά στρώματα το οποίο βέβαια είναι κάτι το υποκειμενικό. Το πρωινό καλό σχετικά με τα απαραίτητα. Η τιμή του καταλύματος λογική. Η πισίνα αδιάφορη δεν με εντυπωσίασε και δεν την χρησιμοποίησα. Τα δωμάτια με την θέα σίγουρα καλύτερα από τα απλά.

Καθαρό, άνετο δωμάτιο με καθημερινή καθαριότητα. Το μόνο μας θέμα ήταν τα κουνούπια, που ήταν πάρα πολλά κι η έλλειψη σήτας στα δωμάτια, δε μας βοήθησε να τα αποφύγουμε. Το δωμάτιο, παρ' όλα αυτά, είχε ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν για να περάσουμε όμορφες διακοπές. Η περιοχή της Σητείας υπέροχη και το κλίμα καταπληκτικό!

Hotellet er undervurdert. Flott beliggenhet rett utenfor Sitia, stilrent, a/c på rommene og fantastisk utsikt over havet hvis du får rom på havsiden. Personalet er hyggelig og behjelpelig med det du trenger. Nærme strand og taxi til Sitia er ca €5-6.

Thank you for staying with us, few hotels have music playing in their breakfast areas, also rooms are close to it as well, in order not to trouble guests in those rooms we try not to make much noise. As far as international TV, we do not advertise as having it, and while it may be a bonus for international guests, since we are only open for the summer season, the costs would be too high, to be honest.

Base idéale pour découvrir l’Est de la Crète.
Au calme à quelques kilomètres de Sitia. Piscine agréable et peu frequentée. Dommage que la vue sur la mer soit masquée par un bâtiment industriel et un immeuble en construction à l’abandon. Personnel courtois, discret et efficace.

Relaxing & good value!
Quiet hotel just outside Sitia with relaxing atmosphere & nice pool. Plenty of parking. We had a spacious family room with balcony & pleasant sea view! Yes,it’s not right by Sitia beach but it’s price was good & location excellent for visiting that Eastern part.own transport essential though! Will come here again!

Bello e confortevole
Ottimo hotel in posizione strategica per visitare l'est di Creta. Appartamento spazioso con balcone vista mare e con tutti i servizi. Mancava l'asciugacapelli ma ci è stato dato su richiesta. Si trova a pochi chilometri dalla città di Sitia e vicino a molte belle spiagge.

ETABLISSEMENT OK POUR UNE NUIT EN ALLANT AILLEURS
Nous avons réservé 3 nuits afin de découvrir la région de SItia / Vai etc. L'hôtel à été choisi car il proposait une piscine et des chambres/appartements indépendants près de Sitia et sur la côte. Mais la location de cette hôtel est au milieu de nul part, dans une sorte de mini zone industrielle, et malgré le fait que nous étions pas loin de la côte, pas d’accès à une plage. La piscine est vraiment trop petit et sans vrai ombre, pas d'âme, décoration intérieure à revoir... Très déçu ...
