Für eine Nacht okay, wenn man nicht duschen will. Betten waren sauber, was man vom Bad (Duschbrausekopf usw.) nicht sagen konnte.

Stayed in July 22. Luckily for one night. Holes in doors , dirty fridge, head board hanging off the wall. Dead pigeon on the balcony. Dirty towels. The room had appeared to have not been cleaned for a very long time. Bed was so uncomfortable. Pictures and complaint raised, hotel would not respond to. Luckily Expedia sorted out the complaint. This hotel was not safe to stay in. Which is a shame as it has a great location and so much potential

Bra hotell, vi hade läst innan om ljud från Blue Lagoon mitt emot, nu hamnade vi med balkongen åt en sidogata, så vi hörde den inte alls. Endast frukost servering som vi hoppade över. 2 mysiga bagerier nära och supermarket mitt över gatan. Tyvärr inget wifi på rummet, men två fotöljer utanför där vi kunde koppla upp oss. Centralt, nära strand och passade oss perfekt.

Great hotel, greater staff!
I loved it. The receptionists were always so happy and helpful. They helped us rent a scooter at 10pm, even tho everything else was closed. Every day we went out or in, they grated us. They even cleaned our rooms even if we went out later than what was the last time for the rooms to be cleaned. Totally awesome hotel and staff.

Generelt dårlig opphold
Generelt et ganske dårlig opphold. De var behjelpelige med tidlig innsjekk første dag vi kom, men etter dette var det ikke noe særlig god opplevelse på oppholdet på 9 dager. - Ikke wifi - Kun kaldt vann i dusjen - Skittene rom, glasskår på gulv, mye støv i vifter, skap, overflater - Håndklær som ikke ser ut som de er rene - Knust glass foran døren som gjør at det er mye støy fra gangen og - Dårlig rengjøring, kun bytte av håndklær og nye doruller. Flere ganger glemt doruller og såpe. - De forstår dårlig engelsk - Ikke mulighet for frokost som det står på nett - Ikke mulighet for å kjøpe drikke eller isbiter. Ingen bar eller restaurant i drift. Ville ikke anbefalt dette hotellet til noen andre. Positivt at det ligger midt i byen og Aircondition på rommet.

Great location, poor condition
At checkin they tried to charge me twice saying the first payment hadn't gone through, thankfully my bank app had shows all transactions instantly so I refused to pay again, at which stage I heard the owner use a Greek swear word (I though towards me but will give them the benefit of the doubt). The hotel is in a great position, close to the port, old town and Nikki beach but it needs a real deep clean and some decorating work. I need to stay one night on my return trip to Rhodes from the islands and it won't be there.

La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta, situato fra la città vecchia di Rodi e la città nuova e a a cinque minuti dal mare. La struttura è bella (da 4 stelle) peccato che è molto trascurata soprattutto nella pulizia e nella manutenzione. Ho soggiornato 12 giorni in un camera "superiore" e appena siamo arrivati ci siamo accorti che le lenzuola non erano state cambiate ma solo rifatto il letto. C'erano le impronte ed i peli delle persone che soggiornavano prima di noi. Avvisata la reception, senza molto stupore, ci hanno sostituito le lenzuola. La pulizia della camera assolutamente scadente (sono abituato agli hotel a 1/2 stelle) e per 3 giorni non ci hanno messo la carta igienica e la polvere non manca.Gli asciugamani solo piegati anche se buttati a terra. La colazione sempre uguale per 12 giorni, la macchinetta del caffè non funzionante. Le torte con forma diversa ma sempre con lo stesso impasto ( spesso non cotte abbastanza), uova cotte in diversi modi. In sostanza è un bell'albergo ma molto trascurato dalla proprietà e dal personale. Ottima la posizione

Worse hotel we have been in.
We booked four nights at this hotel, after two nights we left and went to another hotel. For the first we did not get hot water in the shower, we complained at the reception and were told that the water heater will be turned on later! (We were told that it was to expensive to keep the heater on the whole day) On the second day when we came back to the hotel in the afternoon we found out that our room had not been refreshed, the bed was still undone, the towels still on the floor (as the shower made the whole bathroom floor wet we need to use the towel to dry the floor) and we were told that they could not promise us hot water in the shower, not that night nor the next morning, then we left the hotel. The room we got was not clean, all the interior are shabby and worn out, the bathroom is small and the shower is on the same floor as the bathroom (no showerstall) and no door to keep the water inside the shower so the whole bathroom get wet when one take a shower, even though the showering was very short do to cold water. The breakfast was poor, nothing you could imagine on 4 star hotel. There was a loud music from a bar across the street until 1. am. We can not imagine how the hotel has been able to get 4 stars, this is hardly 2 star hotel. It is amazing how well someone has photo shopped the pictures on the hotels website, the rooms do not look like that pictures.

Good location, poor hotel
Great location and a nice clean hotel. However, there were problems. On arrival, we were told there was a problem with the hot water and we had to phone down to reception 10 minutes before we wanted a shower so hot water was available...very strange for a "Hotel" !! (saving money more like)! Where they had the mirror in the room, the hairdryer was on the other side of the room ?? Also only one very thin pillow per person was provided - not great! There was no milk or bottles of water provided either, however when asked for, milk was provided. They also need to check there tea and coffee sachets, as some had been opened and some had been there for a while as they were stuck to the side of the container!! Although the bathroom was clean and nice, one very weird thing, the toilet was right next to the shower cubicle (which was see through and not frosted glass)...strange!! Do not pay extra for the buffet breakfast, some cheese slices and ham together with some scrambled egg which looked like it had been there from the day before just doesn't cut it!! Also at 10am, watch out for the cleaner who just decides to walk in, no knock!! For the location it was great, however we wont use again.

Nice new hotel, room spacious, but our curtain was so thin and the hotel has bright external lights which made the room too bright at night. Other rooms seemed to have two curtains, maybe one was a blackout type curtain but our room had only one. Reception staff were great. The hotel was very quiet as we stayed in December and the breakfast was very poor and staff unhelpful. Think it would be better not to offer breakfast! Am sure when the hotel is busy the breakfast would be good.

A bad experience!
The only good thing about the stay we had at GQ Hotel was the two staff members that work evening and night shifts. Though their hands were tied due to having no support. There was no hot water, no water in the room, no glasses, the breakfast was dire with only eggs available! Remote didn't work and there were no replacement batteries. No duvet cover. The bed felt damp and the mattress was split. Despite the hotel not being busy, we were put in a room opposite a venue that played music till 1am loudly and could be heard from our room like we were in the bar!! All in all three days of bad experience!

Price and location are OK
Location is perfect. Close to old city, casino, beach, New city, restaurants. There is a live music tavern Just Near the Hotel. And there is a Good super market also . 3 (-) points:1- our toilet is very bad planned. It is tiny, diagonal :(.. 2- there is a 9d cinema by face the hotel, and starting 11. 00am until 23.00 pm, continiously same music on the street :( 3-breakfast,olive and cheese absent inspite of the Greece is the 1st producer almost in the World :(((. But staff is okey, location is okey and price is if okey, Can be stayed :))

for the first 24 hours i was without shower. the sink was broken and i couldn't take shower. The water also came up from the floor of the shower. The hotel staff is very nice. its not their fault but they told me they can fix it only after 1pm on the day after the day the problem was discovered. out of my 4 nights stay i was 1 night (24 hours from arrival) without shower. in addition, at the front of the hotel there is a very loud live music taverna. the music is extremely loud until 1am. at 1am, the place closes. don't rude your holiday, don't stay at this hotel. it look good at the pictures but in reality there are problems. the bed is very cheap, the mattress is not straight not comfortable. i have videos and evidences of the noise and the shower, but the hotel didn't want also to take responsibility and maybe compensate at least for 1 night for the no water no shower issue for the first 24 hours. the breakfast just dangerous. i made a booking with breakfast and didn't eat it at all. first day i woke up, went down at the restaurant and saw the breakfast. better to eat outside. not recommended hotel. all my vacation (with my wife) was damaged and we had the worse experience ever. i even gave a present to the hotel staff for being nice. i gave them Lokum i bought in the city. its not their fault but i expect and expected someone to take responsibility and refund me for the inconvenient. Dear hotel staff, you should know that very loud music until 1am, no water.

hotel in una posizione strategica, ottimo personale, accogliente, ottima colazione, pulito, deludente per le tende misere dove passa la luce già dalla mattina presto e la cosa peggiore è il rumore quando passa il camion dei rifiuti e i camion per operazioni di carico e scarico per la notte, sembra di avere la marmitta dei camion nell'orecchio, peccato perchè il personale è ospitale e l'hotel è bello

Mycket bra hotell med utmärkt läge bara kort promenad till centrum. Bra komfort och mycket trevlig personal. Bra frukost med allt man kunde önska sig. Vi är supernöjda och bor gärna här nästa gång vi besöker Rhodos.

Ottimo qualità prezzo nella città nuova
Albergo rinnovato recentemente, camera ampia e molto confortevole, bagno con bella doccia, molto pulito, posizionato in centro nella città nuova a due passi dalla città medievale e dal mare, inoltre raggiungibile facilmente con autobus dall’aeroporto (2,5 euro), unica pecca è che dalla camera con vista città e mare (piacevole) si sente il rumore del locale sottostante fino a notte tarda.

We stayed at GQ for a week and the Hotel has a good value for the money you’ll spend. The location of the hotel makes it very comfortable to go around Rhodes town. The overall cleaness of the hotel is good and the staff are friendly.
