Wir waren das letzte Jahr schon einmal dort. Und zum Vergleich dazu, hat es deutlich abgebaut. 1.) Trotz Reservierung mussten wir bis zu 45 min auf einen Tisch warten 2.) Corona: die Mitarbeiter, insbesondere die männlichen, sind nicht in der Lage, den Mund-Nasenschutz richtig zu tragen 3.) die Toiletten im öffentlichen Raum sind stark verschmutzt und teilweise defekt 4.) Man hat den Eindruck, die Service Mitarbeiter sind überfordert. Es wird ständig etwas vergessen. Da es nur eine Kaffeemaschine gibt, dauert es recht lange, bis morgens der Kaffee da ist. Das Hotel ist immer noch sehr gut. Letztes Jahr war es hervorragend!

Wunderschöne Anlage, sehr neu und modern designed, die Einrichtung der Zimmer, Restaurant, Poolbereich etc. ist stilvoll und hochwertig. Das Essen schmeckt fantastisch. Wir hatten Frühstück, welches hervorragend ist, und einen Abend auch das Abendessen. Dies ist etwas teurer, schmeckt jedoch ebenfalls sehr gut. Der Pool ist sehr großzügig und hat ausreichend Liegen. Es gibt einen kleinen Strandabschnitt, der jedoch steinig ist. Die Corona-Hygienemaßnahmen wurden sehr gut umgesetzt. Man konnte bspw. online Essenszeiten im Restaurant vorbuchen, damit nicht zu viele Leute gleichzeitig dort essen. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, bemüht und hilfsbereit. Bis nach Chania sind es mit dem Auto max. 10 Minuten. Dort gibt es eine große Auswahl an sehr guten Restaurants. Die Altstadt ist auch sehr schön. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt im Domes Zeen Resort und können es sehr empfehlen!

We stayed for 4 nights at this beautiful property in May. During our stay, our tire on our rental car had gone flat and the staff/team at Domes Zeen went above and beyond to make sure that it was resolved with the company (without us even asking). They also had their service/maintenance department come and take a look. The food and service was amazing. We were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine in the room along with some cookies. The buffet was phenomenal- plenty of options ranging from meats, eggs, cheese, fruit, yogurt, coffee, mimosas. An additional benefit was that their lobby provides (at no additional cost) some snacks and wine/beer/drinks throughout the day - and you can watch the sunset with a glass of wine from the lobby! The grounds were very well maintained and the room was stunning. Every day they would do turn down service and bring bottles of water to our room. Close enough of a walk from old town Chania but it is a bit of a distance - maybe 15-20 min walk. It’s worth walking to the old town and not driving as parking may be tough in town. Enough restaurants nearby the hotel as well as some grocery shopping / dessert shops. Overall I would highly recommend staying here!

An absolute perfect place to stay before the season! Very rich breakfast and we have got an upgrade to a room with a sea view. The staff were young and extremely nice and professional! The resort was perfect for our family of five with young kids. The service was top and the property was excellent. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the property for three days of our one week stay and was excellent. Wonderful menu and everything was fresh and delicious. I would recommend for a family vacation! But, won't recommend for adults only vacation. It wouldn't be relaxing with so many kids around at the property.

The staff here was amazing. Everyone was so genuinely kind and took pride in their work. We didn’t have any stress the entire time. They were more than willing to help us plan our time and had even been very communicative before our arrival so that we could get a better idea of what our plans were. The rooms were excellent. Plenty of space and amenities, and very clean/quiet. The whole resort was very calm and peaceful. They also had a couple of incredibly talented musicians/singers come and perform during dinner. My husband and I stayed after dinner to hear the rest of their set because they were that good. Loved this place.

The staff, facilities and everything as absolutely amazing! On Day 2 of our stay, we started having mild noises from the AC. Rather than trying to fix it, they actually upgraded our room for the rest of our stay. A huge shout out goes to Marina from the concierge team. She was amazing at recommending activities and restaurants throughout our stay! Would definitely recommend this place and come here again!

Très bel hôtel aux prestations haut de gamme, décoré avec grand soin. Les chambres sont d’une très belle taille et la piscine commune également. La nourriture est excellente. Le personnel est irréprochable. Un espace piscine adult only serait un plus, car pour les couples qui recherchent le calme, il y a beaucoup d’enfants dans la piscine. Je conseillerai donc d’opter pour une suite avec piscine pour les personnes ne souhaitant être au calme.

30 min walk to city center. We had breakfast few times and dinner once at hotel restaurant was ok. Had bottle of wine in room for welcome gift no bottle opener had to ask twice for one, didn’t end up getting to drink it. Pool and beach had to make up your own chairs. Had to ask for water. Nice private beach area. Overall lovely property.
