runtergekommenes Geisterdorf
Schockzustand beim Spaziergang im Apartmentdorf. Die Apartments vom Hotel und einigen Privatpersonen sind gepflegt. Andere Häuser dagegen verfallen. Restaurant und Spielhalle wie bei hotels.com aufgezählt? Fehlanzeige, geschlossen und vergammelt. Teilweise besteht Lebensgefahr an der Dorfpromenade: alles Leerstand, verrostet, vergammelt, zugewachsen, offene Kanäle, leeres (nicht abgesperrtes) Schwimmbecken, Kinderspielplatz verfallen. Der Badestrand verdreckt, hier kümmert sich niemand drum. Frühstück provisorisch vor dem ehemaligen Restaurant. Der Pool in der Anlage dagegen ist im guten Zustand mit Meerwasser. Der Pool wird auch als öffentliches Freibad genutzt. Tagsüber gerammelt voll, abends gähnende Leere. Diese Anlage ist ein Abenteuererlebnis

Buono, consigliato, ma potrebbe offrire di più
Comodo bilocale con servizi, sufficientemente pulito anche se non al meglio, cordialità del gestore, residence e struttura carina ma un po' decadende avrebbe bisogno di maggiore manutenzione ma è veramente grande. Notevole distanza dalla reception e dalla piscina che apre tardissimo alle 11. Colazione essenziale e non molto varia. Comunque consigliato in zona

soggiorno a dionisios
apprtamentino funzionale e comodo, sufficientemente spazioso, inserito però in un contesto assurdo: villaggio cattedrale nel deserto di inizi 2000, probabilmente manco finito causa corruzione dei vertici. Attualmente circa metà villaggio è in abbandono, comprese le piscine sul mare. viene però tenuta bene la piscina di centro villaggio (bella) dove si fa anche colazione, oltre agli appartamenti affittati. Il prezzo è quindi compatibile con questi aspetti. Noi alla fine, dopo impatto iniziale orribile, siamo stati sufficientemente bene, ma per una vacanza di spiaggia in cui si rincasa poche ore al giorno. Occhio alle zanzare in assenza di vento.

1 yön majoitus hotellissa oli riittävä.Ensimäisen tarjottun huoneston joututiin vaihtamaan hajuhaitan vuoksi.Toisessa huonestossa hajuhaitta ei ollut niin voimakas.Myös ilmastointi huono.Suurin osa palveluista ilmeisesti suljettu.Allas auki 11-19,elikä ei päästy aamuuinnille.

El apartamento espacioso y cómodo. El personal muy amable. La piscina de lujo. El desayuno muy completo. Cerca de Sitia y de la maravillosa playa de Vai. Totalmente recomendable.

Αλλάξαμε δωματιο αφου αυτο που μας δοθηκε αρχικα παρολο που ηταν καθαρο εβγαζε μια μυρωδια σα συνδυασμο υγρασιας κ τσιγαριλας.Το δευτερο δωματιο δε μυριζε,ηταν πιο ευρυχωρο κ εξισου καθαρο.Η τιμη περιελαμβανε κ πρωινο που ηταν πληρες. Ο χωρος του οικισμου ειναι τεραστιος κ το ξενοδοχειο νοικιαζει καποια δωματια στο χωρο αυτο.Κανένα παραπονο πλην του αρχικου δωματιου.

The perfect place for holiday.
It was a very nice hotel. Beautiful location. Big and clean pool, perfect for children. Very nice stuff and good breakfast.

Cadre agréable malgré quelques abandons
Village très sympa, coloré, calme. Idem pour la piscine. Dommage que certaines parties communes et installations soient à l'abandon. Pas de plage pour se baigner: algues, houle et difficile d'accès.

A different experience
In short: This hotel is not for everyone, but if your up for something different this could be your choice. The manager told us the story at arrival: Dionysos Greek Village is built as a big ambitious ressort, but went bankrupt. 3 years ago parts of the hotel was reopened and is still in a rebuilding phase. We found the rooms very spatious, clean and well equipped after greek standard at this pricelevel. The staff is very friendly and serviceminded, but if you're looking for high standards of service, this is not the place. Theres a big pool with lifeguard and the view from the rooms towards the bay and Sitia is great. Sunset on the balcony hardly gets better then here. Because only parts of the hotel is running, the area gets spooky after dark and resembles a ghost town. The local beach is hardly worth mentioning, and it gets quite windy in the area. The closest minimarket is a 8 minute car-drive away. Vai beach is only 20 minutes away by car.

Des chambres propres et spacieuses, mais un village paraissant totalement a l abandon et totalement desert une fois la piscine fermee a 19 h. Si vous avez aime "shinning" vous adorerez.

Abandoned village with couple hotelroom
The Dionysos Greek Village is complex of about 300 holiday apartments. About 15 of them has transferred to hotelrooms (apartments). And allmost rest of them has been abandoned by their owners. It is a quite spooky feeling to walk around the large village, where you can see closed and negledted minimarkets, restaurants and other facilities. And there is no people on sight. There is a two pool areas in village. The one on seaside is abandoned and the anotherone with poolbar is used by local residents. The poolbar and the reseption were only services available. I did felt that the hotel discription on bookingsite were false. Even thought the village was bit creepy, the apartment was clean and ok. It has nice sea and mountain view from balcony. Staff on reception were friendly. This is not hotel for families or people who get scared easily, but if you are looking for a little adventure for night or two, then it is ok.

Ghost village
We paid for 7 nights and stayed 1 night. There was Any guests, just we. Anything. Some greek came from à village and was With the pool. Dirty room, Any service. Do not book this hotel!!!!!!
