Super Designhotel in schöner Lage
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im Archipelagos. Die Ausstattung ist sehr stylisch, das Personal super freundlich, das Frühstück außergewöhnlich gut, lediglich der Kaffee könnte besser sein. Ansonsten gibt es nichts auszusetzen.

Sehr schönes Hotel in Strandnähe
Waren ende September da, praktisch keine Touristen mehr, sehr ruhiger und angehnemer Urlaub, zum Glück windgeschützer Pool war recht kühles und windiges Wetter. Geschmack und stilvoll Eingerichtet. Essen war lecker im Hotel.

Not a 5 star hotel, basic 4 star
It is not a 5 star hotel in my opinion. Arrival: There was nobody to help us with the language and our car. There is parking below the hotel so you have to walk up the hill and take your luggage. Since the hotel is very far away from the city center ( 25 min drive) they only have 2 shuttles per day. We have stayed in other 5 star hotels in Myconos and they had departures every 20-30 min. The room is very basic, with no special amenities. Mattress is very bad, they don't even have a conditioner in the bathroom. At the breakfast, they don't notice you that the breakfast was about to end ( 11.00 AM) but just when we asked at 11.05 to have another macchiato they told us that now we have to pay it extra since only till 11.00 AM the coffee and juice was included and from 11.00 on is not. This is definitely not 5-star service not having a basic macchiato in breakfast. Breakfast is very basic also. Definitely not a 5 star hotel but it is a 5 star price.

The only good thing about this property was the view from the hotel room. Hotel staff constantly barging in without knocking or anything. Left trash outside our hotel room. Phone was broken. Kindly be informed that the noise from the construction was coming from accross the street, but constructions always stop during regular quiet hours. It is very unusual to hear that hotel staff was barging at your door without knocking since you stayed only one day on our premises and neither the housekeeping nor room service visited your room during your one night stay. Moreover, kindly be advised that all telephone lines operate properly in our hotel, but Mykonos generally has several power outages that might interfere with telephone lines. Lastly, we would like to inform you that your room perfectly matches the images since the pictures we publish were taken from the exact room you had. Set in very picturesque surroundings, this hotel has plenty of potential. Unfortunately it absolutely does not fulfil it. I find its claim to be a “luxury” hotel outlandish considering the following: dirty rooms (hair in the shower found on arrival, sickeningly filthy bathroom sink, thick dust on most of the room fixtures etc), bizarre behaviour from housekeeping staff (they walk into rooms without knocking - the person I was travelling with startled to find someone standing in front of him as he was using the bathroom. They also ignore “do not disturb” light and will knock loudly each morning at a time that suits them), the sparse choices at breakfast and the fact that each of the three servers had a specific job (you were told off for asking the wrong server for juice and the wrong server for eggs), the fact that the shuttle taking guests to the town centre ran only twice a day at 12pm and 9pm - with no return journey (considering how far the property is from the town, this is a serious aspect to consider. Plus they will try to pressure you into booking their private service for the extortionate price of €120 return), unsafe electric features (I have photographs). Saying all of this, I feel like the majority of the staff including those at the front desk, try their best to be helpful. I think this is a very poorly managed hotel and I genuinely resent having spent so much money to stay there. According to locals we spoke to, this hotel is know for being a letdown. Avoid.

AMAZING property! Beautiful view from the balcony! Leo was unbelievable....The shuttle offered was nice especially since it's 15-20 drive into town! Taxi roundtrip is €90 Euros so having it free was a HUGE plus. Leo was deserving of a nice tip dropping off and picking up! Coming back in September and will definitely stay at this location!

The hotel is located in a nice and relaxing area of the island. Before arriving, the concierge sends you all the different activities that can be done; staff and attention to detail are superb! As an Expedia Gold member, I got a room upgrade to the honeymoon suite with the most amazing view. Nevertheless, overall, the whole hotel definitely isn’t a 5 stars hotel (pool area, restaurant menu, spa, gym).

It was like my home. I felt like I was the very important guest there. The view from our balcony was spectacular. The restaurant service was on the high level. Thank you Amalia, Vassiliki. Premium bedrooms basic small showers noisy air con above bed and patios overlooked and not private. Pillows too soft would expect pillow menu. Breakfast ok given the current COVID-19 difficulty but evening meals bland and uninspiring but no other restaurants nearby so you are stuck. Food and drinks overpriced. Varied service and watched one young waiter placing plates on a previously used table at breakfast then cleaning around but not under the plates!! Being well travelled not sure how this is supposedly to be one of the worlds best small hotels!? An ok hotel with a nice pool and views but well down on our list

Hôtel propre et calme. Chambre avec belle vue sur la mer. Personnel agréable professionnel et disponible. Concernant les équipements Je pense que c’est plus un 3-4 étoile plutôt que 5 étoiles.

I loved the fact that the hotel looked exactly as shown in the pictures. Staff are very very friendly. Most especially the driver Roland. He was such a nice man The room, our hot tub/ jacquzzi was just perfect. A place that must be visited

We loved everything about this property ! Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, wonderful staff and amenities. Dimitri the manager was so kind and helpful. Our room was simply gorgeous with a stunning view from our balcony over the water. We loved the facilities and the pool. We also took the shuttle van or house car to town everyday . The drivers and staff were wonderful. We took the city bus from town back to the hotel. The bus stop is very near which made things easy. We were a couple having a romantic get away and it’s best not to stay right in the city. This hotel was perfectly situated. We were so happy with every aspect of this hotel. It was gorgeous and we will be back ! Five stars in every way !
