„Kitchen drawers were cluttered ,untidy with some dirty utensils in them. No bathmat or hand towel in the bathroom. The fitted bottom sheet did not fit the mattress properly. The rug on the lounge floor was dirty. I folded it up so as not to walk on it. General untidiness of cupboard containing broom, clothes airer etc.“
