„I love staying at this Four Points when in town. Free Airport shuttle runs every 30 min. My highlight was front desk agent Neha. She was so helpful from the time I spoke with her on the phone, check in, to check out and friendly. Both airport shuttle driver were also friendly and drove safely. Best choice for airport convenience. Great location.“

„The Breakfast didn’t have enough alternatives examples real jam not jelly , fresh fruits , cucumbers, tomatoes , fruit or herbal tee bags, two or three varieties of cheese and for the children was a big disappointment there was no hot chocolate drink.“

„Bed was comfortable. Shower leaked all over the floor. Air Conditioning quit working in the middle of night. Elevator gave us a scary jolt as we hit the bottom floor.“

„The person who was staying above room 214 was making a bunch of noise and sounded like they were running around the room - It was 2am! Made a complaint and asked if we could get a refund for the night or any other accommodations, but all the was offered was a breakfast voucher and a check out extension is 1pm. This was frustrating and handled poorly in my opinion.“
