We include FREE passes to the on-site swimming pool, gym and club. Daily entertainment for children and adults from a professional entertainment team. The club serves food from breakfast to dinner.

Nestled between the villages of Scratby and California our modern exclusive chalets give you the freedom to enjoy miles of golden sandy beaches on the Norfolk Coast and the perfect base to enjoy exploring the tranquil Norfolk Broads or the many cycling and dog walking trails. A clean, unspoiled sandy beach awaits you within a five-minute walk and there are so many attractions in the area that you will want to come back and again. From the Nature Reserve at Martham Broad, Ormesby Broad, Rollesby Broad and Filby Broad offer beautiful views of both the landscape and the local wildlife. Motor boats aren’t allowed on these broads so heightening a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. There are opportunities to hire a boat and fish. A little further and you will find the larger Broads again with picturesque scenery and where you can hire a motorboat or take advantage of the excursion boats. Not to be missed is Horsey Gap, where you will find a colony of seals; the Seal warden is always happy to share his knowledge of these wonderful creatures. Plus much, much more, including museums, wildlife parks and gardens, a miniature railway and a miniature village.
