„We had a very comfortable stay. The bed was very restful and the water pressure for the shower was perfect. The rooms have a traditional vibe but having stayed in rooms with fancy marble bathrooms which leaked all over the place, or alternately froze or scalded you, this bathroom was a dream. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The food is generous and tasty. Would definitely stay again. “

„Used this hotel for an event near the hotel. Its overlooks the coast and a few minutes walk to town. Cant fault the staff, friendly, helpful and polite. Hotel was clean. Price was reasonable. The breakfast was really nice and the restaurant served evening meals if you wanted to eat in. Down side, yes sorry.... heating was on constantly , so windows were open all day and night as the thermostate on one of the radiators by the bed didnt work so we were unable to turn that radiator off. „Very friendly staff, nice breakfast with kippers an option. Plenty of parking and located at the quiet end of the seafront. No keys or cards for the rooms as it is done with pass codes. Only minor problem was very creaky floorboards “

„We have just stayed in the Prom Hotel overnight and had a wonderful stay. Staff on arrival really friendly and check was quick and efficient. We were in the family suite, which was two separate rooms with a small adjoining corridor and lockable door. The rooms were spotlessly clean, beds comfy and quality bedding, however carpets were tired and could do with replacing but hotel itself was lovely and modern. „Wir waren vor 5 Jahren schon mal im Cliff-Hotel anläßlich einer Hochzeit bei Freunden. Der Service ist ok, die Betten gut. Die Beleuchtung im Bad ist allerdings ein Witz, viel zu dunkel, keine Beleuchtung in Spiegelnähe, nur ein paar eingebaute Deckenleuchten. Zum Schminken etc. muss man sich im Zimmer vor den Spiegel setzen. Wir hatten zuerst ein Zimmer im Obergeschoss direkt unter dem Dach, wo es trotz Ventilator unerträglich heiß war (bei Außentemperaturen knapp über 20 Grad). Wir haben dann ...

„Für englische Verhältnisse stimmt wohl das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Der erste Eindruck war allerdings negativ. Sehr desinteressiertes, unfreundliches Personal an der Reception + Bar-/Aufenthalsraum. Würde beim nächsten Mal sicher eine andere Unterkunft suchen.“
