„We have stayed her twice and found the accommodation very comfortable and clean,it is in a fabulous location with all amenities on the door step. Great communication from Stef and Nikki,easy access information. Would definitely stay here again.“

„This is an upstairs apartment with the entrance through a main door and two fire doors. The immediate connection to the garden and parking area is therefore somewhat isolated. There is however plenty to see in the near neighbourhood including the broads, lovely beach and numerous nature reserves. The apartment is well equipped with comfy bed, good kitchen, shower etc and the owners are most welcoming. This is therefore a good place to stay and we would recommend it.“

„The area where this is, seems like the council have given up with the place. Rubbish everywhere. Noisy druggies. Just disgusting. The property itself was alright. The bed was hard and not comfy. Too creaky. Always a draft in the place which results in us using the heater and having to put more money in the meter just to use it. Under the bed was not clean. Some cutlery and plates were not cleaned properly. “

„Really good location it took minutes to find somewhere to eat. We travel to GYarmouth every 6 weeks to do a welfare check on my brother and we will definitely returning. The place is very modern, decorated beautifully and fully equipped with everything we needed; we didn't realise until we go there but we also had a lush view of the river. The hosts were fab regarding communications, thanks for such a great stay!“

„The overall property was as described and the location is excellent. The home had nice layout and great views with high quality finishes. The dryer does not work well, so I would encourage anyone to forgo washing clothes unless you have time to line dry. My only complaints about the place are how dirty the parking lot and grounds around the property were. Really filthy.“

„Had a great weekend, Seaview Penthouse is an amazing place to stay with stunning views of the lovely sandy beach. Would highly recommend staying here. Everything you could want and a stones throw away from Cafe , pub ,restaurant and beach.. Will definitely be back.“

„Overall the apartment itself was nice, spacious and tastefully decorated. However, lacked cleanliness in certain areas, particularly kitchen items and bathroom. There was no dishwasher despite this being listed and the kitchen was poorly equipped with no basics like kitchen roll, or even a cloth to be able to wipe the sides down. The road outside is also very noisy and the window in the second bedroom doesn’t open at all, making it extremely hot. The sofa whilst nice looking was uncomfortable. ...

„This first floor apartment was a good size and it was lovely and peaceful. The decor was somewhat very dated. What really let the place down, was the general cleanliness and the worn out state of the three piece suit and the mattress, which were very uncomfortable. The microwave was rusty inside and the freezer door was missing from inside the fridge. The shower head was covered in lime scale. The fire extinguisher went out of date on 1st January 2012. The stairs are fairly steep and the fire ...

„I stayed here for work and found it a perfect location. Steve was very good with communication and answering all my questions. The room was very modern with lots of gadgets which could be a little tricky but once you got the hang of it was all ok. I stayed 4 nights and looked to re book the same room the following week but unfortunately it had gone. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. “

„Das schöne Haus, das wirklich mit allem Erdenklichen ausgestattet ist, liegt zwei Minuten von einem sehr schönen Strand entfernt und zwei Minuten von Geschäften, Pubs etc. Es gibt eine steilere Stufe zu den Schlafzimmern, an die man sich aber schnell gewöhnt. Die Schlüsselübergabe war absolut problemlos. Das ganze Haus ist äusserst sauber. Die Nachbarschaft ist wirklich nett und hilfsbereit, insgesamt ist es sehr ruhig. Caister on sea ist wahrscheinlich einer der hundefreundlichsten Orte in ...
