„Would highly highly recommend Shari's place. The views of the rockies were absolutely incredible and we loved the outdoor fire pit. The place was extremely well decorated and cozy - it felt very homey with the cute decor throughout and thoughtful amenities. The bed was also very comfortable- i was hands down the best one we've probably ever slept in on a vrbo trip (and better than all the hotel beds we've had on this trip too!) The place was also within a 10 minute drive from downtown Colorado ...

„Three of us women stayed at the house for a 3-day conference in Denver. Overall, it was fine. You can tell the owner is doing much work to improve the home. The beds were very comfortable, and the house's aesthetic was lovely. There were some strong cons, though. When we arrived, there were two face clothes, three hand towels, and three body towels, and no soap or shampoo as listed. The owner quickly replaced these items the next day with new items from the store. Half of the lightbulbs ...

„Cute place! It’s a basement apartment with all you need to enjoy your stay. The bed is comfortable, tv works, we even had some complementary coffee. It is a simple place, but our plans were to be out and about for our stay, so it was perfect.“

Had everything you need in condiments, dishes, cleaning supplies, coffee maker, electric mixer Vertical washer dryer dishwasher comfortable beds. Well equipped bathroom. Everthing to pamper ones self, shampoos, even a bidet. It reminded me of the lofts in the So Hou area of New York. It looks somewhat unassuming on the outside. But when you see the inside "Wow"“

Although it didn’t matter to us because of the weather, we received notice that the pool was under repair on the day we arrived. It was clear the repairs were well underway and had not started that day. I would suggest notifying guests well in advance in case this feature is important to them, and they may want to change their plans. “
