„This is a place to put your head down and that's about it. Small cottage that has many miles on it. Beds and bedding were old and uncomfortable. Blanket consisted of a sleeping bag. Showers backed up into the tub. Air conditioner leaked onto the living room floor. It rained hard while we were there. had some time where we could not go anywhere. TV is broken. „This is a really great place. Super clean and comfortable. Great access to ocean. Steps to the beach. Dine outside on patio. Lots of beach accessories supplied and host super responsive. I would highly recommend getting a rental car, get a one day pass at Grand Isle resort and/or renting a boat to explore Stocking Island so that you can experience different areas of the island. „Had a great stay with our little family in this cute cottage. Warren was super responsive and helpful from beginning to end. The kitchen was well equipped and charcoal grill was a plus. Nice water view from living room and bedrooms. (Tip—you will definitely need a car to get to swimming/beach access. Rocky area outside of house leads to a rocky water view only.)“

„Das Haus ist direkt (!) am Wasser und man hat den Strand quasi für sich allein. Wir haben in der Woche, in der wir dort waren niemand sonst gesehen! Von der Terrasse aus kann man den Schildkröten beim vorbeischwimmen zuschauen, oder man schnorchelt gleich hin und beobachtet sie aus noch größerer Nähe. Der Strand und die Gegend sind fantastisch, einfach tolles Insel-Feeling! Peter und seine Frau sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!“

„Our stay at Minns Cottage was great! Loved the location close to town and across the street from the beach. The beach had the best snorkeling we could find! The unit had everything we needed including a washer and dryer! We will definitely stay here again!“
