On a hillside in Grasse, the world capital of perfume, Villa Apolline has stood watch since 1892. Built by a perfumer and fully restored, it has kept its original silhouette — a belvedere tower, rounded arcades and a perfectly symmetrical façade turned toward the light. For a week, you don't simply stay here: you live in a house with a soul.

Five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, welcome up to ten guests across three floors designed for light and views. On the garden level, two bedrooms open directly onto the garden and the heated pool. The first floor holds the heart of the house — a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a dining room opening onto a panorama that continues out to the main terrace. Under the eaves, three more bedrooms, one watching over the old town from beside its fireplace.

Outside, life moves into the open air: a heated pool facing the hills, an olive tree shading the long table, terraces opening onto the Riviera. From the first coffee to the last stars, the hours aren't counted — they're lived.

The house has air conditioning across the living areas and the three top-floor bedrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, private on-site parking, an alarm system and a safe. Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels, end-of-stay cleaning, garden and pool maintenance and utilities are all included, with no cleaning fee. Pool heating and late check-in are the only extras, both optional and on request.

Grasse's old town and its perfume houses (Fragonard, Galimard, Molinard) are minutes away. The sea is about 25 minutes, Cannes 30, Nice Côte d'Azur airport 40, Nice 45. Ideal for a family holiday or a trip with friends on the French Riviera.

The space

- Second floor: 3 en-suite bedrooms, one with a fireplace and views over Grasse.
- Outdoors: heated pool, two-level Mediterranean garden, olive trees, panoramic terraces.

Guest access
The entire house, garden and pool are reserved for guests. Private on-site parking. Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels provided. End-of-stay cleaning, garden and pool maintenance, utilities and Wi-Fi are all included. No cleaning fee; pool heating and late check-in are optional extras, on request only.

The neighbourhood
High above Grasse's old town, in the quiet of the hills. The lanes, workshops and perfume houses are a few minutes away. Cannes, Nice and the beaches of the French Riviera are about half an hour off; the perched villages of the hinterland lie all around.

Other things to note
- The two garden-level bedrooms are not air-conditioned; fans are provided in these rooms. Air conditioning serves the living areas and the three top-floor bedrooms.
- Stays from 3 nights, ideal for a family holiday or a trip with friends. Every enquiry receives a personal reply, in French or English.

Good to know: 5 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom (5 en-suite bathrooms) plus a separate guest WC. Baby equipment is provided free of charge: a travel cot with a proper mattress and a high chair. Check-in is between 4 pm and 7 pm; late check-in after 7 pm is possible on request for an extra €50. Pool heating is available on request for a flat €100 per stay. No noise after 10 pm — the villa is in a quiet residential neighbourhood, and parties are not allowed.
