„I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this small apartment conveniently located in downtown Downieville. Great views of the town below and surrounding mountains. The lodging was very clean and comfortable with a quiet atmosphere conducive to relaxation. As previous reviewers have mentioned the driveway up to the house is very steep so make sure you have decent tires and put your car in low gear before heading up the road! I would be happy to stay here again next time I make it to Downieville.“

The only issue was we were there on a week day morning (with a later start), and you could hear everyone above us getting ready for the workday. Not the worst thing ever, but the location of the studio apt is below the other people. “

The nice duvet in the pictures was replaced with a plain blue duvet. The outlets show signs of damage. The vinyl floor is poorly repaired in ...

„Definitely would recommend! Clean and cute…perfect size and close to shopping. Price is better than staying at a hotel because it has a washer and dryer. Very private too.Would stay there again. “
