„Slightly understaffed at times. Not all staff were friendly and helpful. Big thanks to Jessica who's the heart and soul of operations. Would be nice if staff passed the time of day when you see them e.g. for breakfast. Otherwise breakfast was excellent. Room cosy enough, mattresses good. Slightly damp. Heating not provided although requested and promised by member of staff. Excellently located to explore Lincoln and the area. Would probably return.“

Good car parking facilities Leaving on the Sunday morning well before "breakfast" began proved not to be a problem as a tray with a perfect Continental breakfast was left outside the door while I was using the en-suit shower. “

Top Ausstattung mit TV, großzügiger Sanitärbereich, Wasserkocher, Kaffee, verschiedene Teesorten u. paar Süssigkeiten gratis. Im Erdgeschoß Kühlschrank mit gratis Wasserflaschen. Sehr freundliches Personal, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Immer ansprechbar. Eigener Hausschlüssel für Eingangstür. Für meine Bedürfnisse das perfekte Hotel.“

„Fran is a wonderful host and crammed so many helpful little touches into the Old Stables, from a full set of guides and pamphlets to local activities to a comprehensive welcome package of essentials such as milk, water and cereals. It's nice to find a place to stay that even has sauces and salt and pepper - much overlooked by other property owners. We had a wonderful time, chilling out on the patio watching the sheep grazing and spotting wildlife. The property is perfectly positioned to access ...

„The staff is extremely nice, the hotel is fine, I missed the breakfast, there is only a complimentary one. Otherwise very OK. Outside it looks really sort of abandoned, but maybe that town is more or less like this.“
