Everything with the room itself was great. It was clean and in a great location. My issue with this reservation was the amenities. They are not inlcluded. So even though the listing says they have pools and hot tubs, don't expect to be able to use them unless you pay more when you get there. This should be made clear to anyone that books at this resort.

Sehr beengtes Zimmer, kein Tisch, kein Stuhl. Restaurant und Bar nicht in Betrieb. Für Bodybilder zu empfehlen, die zwecks Training ihre Koffer über diverse Treppen (kein Lift) in ein höheres Stockwerk schleppen möchten. Sehr verwinkeltes Gebäude vollgestopft mit verschiedensten Souvenirs aus der guten alten Zeit des Skifahrens in Stowe. Frühstück: ausgezeichnet. Gute Restaurants in Gehdistanz. Over all: Für 1 Übernachtung im Sommer, ok (in der Wintersaison wohl anders zu bewerten).

Wir hatten ein großes bequemes Bett. Das Bad war neu gemacht. Leider war das Bad sehr klein und anstatt Kofferablagen zu schaffen, stehen 2 Sessel im Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig, wir konnten jeden Schritt der Gäste über uns hören. Wir waren nur 1 Nacht dort und weitere Annehmlichkeiten blieben unbenutzt.

DO NOT STAY HERE——What should have been a relaxing stay turned into an infuriating and exhausting ordeal due to gross negligence and unprofessional conduct by the property management company overseeing this privately owned condo. On my second day I left briefly for breakfast and after I returned I was shocked to discover that the door code to my condo did not work, leaving me locked out of the property. I called the property management office multiple times before anyone answered. When I finally did get through, I was placed on hold for over 50 minutes before anyone offered assistance. Being stranded outside the property that I paid for is completely unacceptable. Also the shower-head broke off, rendering one of the bathrooms unusable. I was happy to pay the nightly rate but I requested a refund of the property management fee, given that the services it supposedly covered—responsiveness, maintenance, and reliable access—were nonexistent. My request was denied, and instead I was offered a $250 voucher, which is entirely insufficient and frankly insulting given the circumstances. What I received was hours of inconvenience, unresponsiveness, and unacceptable conditions. I would NOT recommend this property as long as it’s being managed by Eurorentals.

Check in was fast and easy. Room was nice and clean. Beds were super comfortable. We only spend one night there so can not speak of the amenities. Breakfast is available but is not included in the room rate (do not make the same mistake I made, filtering for hotels WITH breakfast included and then not double checking it before check out). There were lots of other children on the property so if this is important to you it is definitely the place to go. Communication was great from booking to check out. No complaints here! We really enjoyed staying at this hotel and will stay there again if we are in the area.
