„Could be a fabulous VRBO. Staff needs to be larger to keep the place clean. Outside lighting is non existent; walking dogs late with no lights is hazardous. There were 3 snakes sighted in the first 5 days I was there. Walking in pitch dark is ridiculous. There's no seating! We had fabulous spring weather, a gorgeous screened in porch and NO CHAIRS! You also have the yukbig porch out front and oak trees out front as well with nothing to enjoy them on.. finally why do you not have a cart or dolly ...

„This was our first time using VRBO. Our room was changed three times. Our original unit was doubled booked the second unit they gave us was not cleaned and the third unit the toilet was plugged. finally we were given another unit which was dirty and no amenities as described in listing. There was one roll of toilet paper, no paper towel one coffee cup, and no creamers, no hair dryer, no Xtra towels. We had to wash our own towels and the dryers did not work that well. „While we found outside of property lovely and well groomed (although the amenities said there was a balcony and it was a one story building), the inside was not as expected. First of all, I had looked carefully at the rooms to see what had the highest rating. I chose #14, but the day of our arrival we were assigned to #6. This was never communicated with us. „Beautiful place with plenty of amenities. It was very peaceful and close to a lot of things we wanted to do including a trip to New Orleans. Really loved that they had chairs in front of the sliding glass door and provided a set of binoculars; you can watch birds, ships, and just gaze at the scenery.“

„Joshua was so helpful and accommodating to our family for our stay. There are not many options other than hotels for the west mobile area so we were happy to find this one. The property was clean, comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood it is in felt safe and it was a great central location for us, though it is an older neighborhood with lower priced homes. Overall would give 5 stars for the actual home and owner. “
