I put 4 stars only because there was only one television which some families might not mind but was t a deal breaker we bought one and made it work. Also only window unit which is not shown in the photos so it was really cold in the front of the home vs. bedrooms but again not a deal breaker. Beautiful nature outside rabbits woodchuck birds raccoon & skunk!!! very convenient location close to grocery not far from restaurants, etc.“

„This is a real gem of a find! I loved our stay here. GPS does take you to the back of the building but it’s located next to a large parking lot. Plenty of parking which was great for us because we have an extended cab f350 ford that does not fit into most parking spaces. „Nice quiet location for our stay. Overall well equipped but minimal silverware. Keurig coffee was provided which was a nice addition. Minimal ice, only one tray. Beds were comfortable and rooms with necessities available. Location was perfect to get to the convention center in about 12-15 minutes and close to restaurants. Host was very responsive. Overall a great stay! Thanks!“

What we found were shovelled and treated walkways, a freshly plowed parking space, lights and heat on and a lovely home on the banks of the frozen Farmington River. „We had a dinner for a grooms dinner and found this to be the perfect spot! The kitchen was well stocked and wonderful to cook in. Our guests were very impressed. It was immaculate and their is a Whole Foods just a block and a half away or a costco a short drive away. We loved cooking on the grill on the deck and the guys enjoyed having the gas fireplace and couches there as well! Lovely place!“
