"Everything from check in to check out was a breeze. The house is clean, cozy and comfortable. Managers are very responsive and kind. We needed to extend our stay due to a medical issue, they were very gracious and were happy to help anyway possible. I would most definitely book again. Only thing i would like to share is the flight of stairs to get to main floor of the house could be difficult for some people, just keep that in mind. We were fine with it and were traveling with my mother in law...

The backyard was perfect for play and the house was super comfortable. We stayed for a week and we loved how easy it was to get to Whole Foods, Target, and Trader Joe’s. "The house is absolutely perfect. We used it as a place for a corporate retreat while attending a conference nearby. The location is excellent, centrally located and easy to find. The house is immaculate and has plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms to acomodate a larger group. The screened in porch is a wonderful place to spend a morning or an evening. We were there for my Grandson graduation from Western New England University the house didn’t disappoint. the back porch/patio was great we were going to go out to dinner after graduation but instead we barbecue and spent quality time with Family before sending Grandson to Washington DC. "We had a great time staying in this house. Everything was clean and decorated beautifully. We went to Richardsons candy shop, Yankee Candle, and the Magic Wings Butterfly Conservatory. We also took the T to Boston and went to the New England Aquarium and Quincy market. Great mini vacation!!"

Kimberly keeps the house in immaculate condition and had everything teed up for us to have an enjoyable, turn-key stay for folks traveling in from out of town. You literally just needed to show up and everything was taken care of, from linens to ice to the grill, pool accommodations, you name it. My friends and I loved the outdoor seating options and were able to cook breakfast and dinner for all guests...

"The pictures truly do not emphasize what a Fabulous property this is!!! Very cozy, well appointed kitchen with all the utensils you might need. The rooms had plenty of bureau space and not to mention the killer claw foot bath tub upstairs!!! The grounds were spacious and well groomed with plenty of room for all sorts of activities. Eric was very accommodating and the place was spotless from the minute you enter. Awesome place to disconnect from it all and relax and enjoy the family!!! Definitely...

Only issue was the listing says there’s 3 bedrooms (accurate) and 2 rooms with futons in them, but there was a couch in the den and a small couch in the living room, not really beds. Listing could use some more updated, accurate photos to show how it’s clearly a lived in house and not a full time rental."
