Upon entering, you’ll be welcomed by a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a side table, perfect for enjoying a book or a glass of wine. Large windows offer stunning views of the Granada Cathedral’s bell tower, a visual spectacle that frames the history and beauty of the city. The living room also features a dining area with a table for four, complemented by an open kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for your convenience.

The layout flows into a hallway leading to the apartment’s private areas. To the left, there is the first bedroom with a double bed. To the right, down four steps, you’ll find the main bathroom with a shower. At the end of the hallway, is the master bedroom, also with a double bed.

The building is located between Plaza de La Trinidad and San Jerónimo Street, just a few steps from the Cathedral. Its unbeatable location is perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to iconic monuments, as well as the main dining and entertainment areas in Granada.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
