The living room is very spacious and bright and you have a very nice view of the famous Fountain of Battles and Acera del Darro street from the window. The living room has two large sofas and an area equipped as a dining room.
The kitchen, completely rendormed, is equipped with everything you need for your stay.
The apartment has three bedrooms. One of them has a double bed of 180x200, the other one has two single beds of 105x200 and the third one has two single beds of 90x190.
There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other one with a bathtub.

You can visit the main attractions of the city walking from the apartment due it has an excellent location. The Cathedral and the monumental area is very close there are a lot of shops and bars and restaurants in the area. It is the perfect option to enjoy the city of Granada.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses.**

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
