gemütliches, gut ausgestattetes und geräumiges (für 2 Personen) Apartment in der Altstadt zu Füßen der Alhambra. Die Rezeption spricht ausgezeichnetes Englisch und ist jeder Hinsicht hilfreich. Vor Allem die Informationen zur Anreise waren präzise und treffend, und die bestellten Alhambra-Tickets lagen bereit. Alles Wichtige/Sehenswerte ist von hier aus zu Fuß erreichbar, man ist nach wenigen Schritten mitten im Touristen-Trubel, von dem man in den Apartments aber wenig mitbekommt, weil die Straße etwas zurückgelagert ist. Der Blick aus den Zimmern geht übrigens nicht auf die Alhambra sondern in den Hinterhof oder auf die Straße. Einzig die gemeinsam genutzte Dachterasse erfüllt die Erwartungen auf das Attribut "mit Aussicht". Hier kann man sitzen, sonnen, die Alhambra betrachten und (selbst mitgebrachten) Kaffee trinken.

Hervorragende Lage, tolle Terrasse
Ein Besuch der Alhambra ist von den Apartments problemlos zu Fuß möglich. Auch für eine Stadtbesichtigung ist die Lage sehr gut geeignet. Die Stadt mit ihren tausenden von Treppen und Gassen ist wirklich sehenswert! Allerdings sollte man gut zu Fuß sein und möglichst flache Schuhe tragen. Die Parkmöglichkeiten in städtischen Parkhäusern sind Ca. 20 Gehminuten von den Apartments entfernt!

Traumhaft schön!
Sehr gepflegte Anlage, schöne Zimmer. Von der Gemeinschaftsterrase ein sensationellen Blick auf die Alhambra. Zentral gelegen. Alles ist zufuss erreichbar, nur vom Busbahnhof aus braucht man ein Taxi. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Einfach grandios!!!!
Ein wirklich supertolles Appartement in bester Lage (Achtung: man sollte sich vorher wg. Autozufahrt dort anmelden - liegt in reiner anliegerzone in richtig engen Gassen - Seitenspiegel einklappen - ohne Parkplätze.) direkt mit Blick auf die Alhambra. Die Einrichtung war klasse und der Service sehr nett und kompetent. Nach der Stadtbesichtigung (alles zu Fuß wunderbar erreichbar) war chillen im Pool angesagt. Klasse! Wir haben dort verlängert, weil es uns so gut gefallen hat.

Perfekt für einen Urlaub in Granada!
Das Apartment liegt mitten in der Altstadt Albaicín von Granada, wir hatten direkten Blick auf die Alhambra und konnten alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr schnell bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Das Apartment bot ein Schlaf-, ein Wohnzimmer, eine kleine Küchenzeile, die sehr gut ausgestattet war (bis auf einen Ofen) und ein modernes Bad. Wir waren 5 Tage dort und unser Apartment war in einem Nebenhaus neben dem Haupthaus untergebracht. Dort befand sich lediglich ein weiteres Apartment, sodass wir die Ruhe sehr genießen konnten. Die Dachterrasse des Haupthauses war jederzeit mit dem eigenen Schlüssel betretbar und von dort aus hatte man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf fast ganz Granada. Das Personal war sehr entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit und konnte teilweise sehr gut Englisch. Auf einer Karte zeigte man uns, was man in Granada alles sehen kann und bekamen Tipps, wo es zum Beispiel die besten Getränke und Tapas gab. Lediglich zu bemängeln ist, dass, wahrscheinlich aufgrund der seltenen Nutzung der Küche, der Küchenschwamm schmutzig, das Spülmittel leer und das Besteck staubig war. Ansonsten war alles sehr sauber! Wir können das Apartment nur weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten!

Dieses kleine Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Granada. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber. Die kleine Terrasse bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Alhambra. Der kleine Pool in einer liebevoll gestalteten Gartenanlage die nötige Erfrischung oder Ruhe zum Erholen.

Das Hotel hatte alles was man so braucht. Das Zimmer war leider ziemlich dunkel- aber das stört beid er Kulisse nicht. Frühstück auf der Dachterasse entschädigt für alles! Sauber war es und der Service war nett.

One of nicest places I’ve ever stayed. Great couple apartment. Very cool building. Very clean, well equipped, interesting. The staff was very helpful, very friendly, and efficient. But the view from the great roof patio is amazing. You will want to sit there any chance you get. Really spectacular.

We had negative experiences. 1. There was no hot water during our entire stay (2 nights). We had to take cold shower instead. Hotel was aware of the issue as other guests complained, but they didn't fix it. 2. We couldn't sleep because our neighbours were noisy during whole night. It is due to unbelievably poor insulation of bed room wall. Big painting is attached to the wall, but that will not block noises from your neighbours. Be aware. 3. We bought two Granada cards from them, and we were charged 8 euros in cash as commission, which is not allowed. Go check the official Granada tourist information website. We emailed them a couple of times to address the issues & our frustration, but they didn't reply to our messages. Unfortunately, you shouldn't expect any sincere customer services from them. We are extremely disappointed.

Hi, first of all, thank you for your email. Although we don't like negative reviews, we are aware that we can't always get good ones; and second, sorry for taking my time to answer, but I was trying to cool off. What you say is not true entirely. The day you left, you told me that you had no hot water on both nights. I asked you why didn't you tell me before, as when leaving, there is nothing I could do. The other guest had mentioned this the day before, I went and rebooted the boiler (when gas stops coming through from the gas supply, not our fault) it automaticaly stops). Since nobody else complained, I assumed it was OK. About the noise, again, why do you wait until c/out to tell me? If you had told me the first night, I could have spoken to them. You told me that you did not coincide with the 7 hours that we have the reception open: 10.00-14.00 and from 17.00-20.00, but you could have left a note on the reception (there is always a note pad and a pen) or sent us an email. But if you tell me all these problems when you leave... And it is not true that you send emails that we not answered. I did answer the first one, when I gave you, again, a detailed explanation about the hot water. You mentioned that you didn't know how hot the hot water (?) was in Granada... And I have copies of your and my reply. True that I didn't answer your second one, but you sent it with my reply, so please don't say that you didn't receive any answers to your emails. I am very sorry that you had a negative experience, but if you had told us during your first night, perhaps we could have solved the problems. And I am very, very sorry that you are disappointed with us. As most of our guest know, we go out of our way to make your experience with us a good one. Regards,

The apartments are well-situated to sights of the city. The apartment is self-contained. The king size bed was very comfortable with lovely sheets and bedding. The staff person was very helpful (although limited onsite hours) It is best for people who are able to climb stairs and walk up hills (well worthwhile). They have laundry facilities next door. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the facility.

Impressed private view of Alhambra palace ,even better than Mirador San Nicolas for me(((o(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)o)))♡ Ana is so friendly told us lots of useful tips , that we could access to Alhambra in an easy route . Btw during your stay ,strongly recommend to visit owner’s private garden , very tiny & beautiful . If the shower water could be improved ( the water is a little bit cold in the night , and water temperature is not stable...) , I would give full 10 scores !

Clean comfortable apartment that had a very helpful and friendly receptionist and cleaning staff. Our room was a smaller one but as we spent time on the roof terrace with a wine and the most magnificent view of The Alhambra who cares ! Great position for sightseeing and added bonus of a pool in beautiful garden setting. If you don’t like this apartment it is you who has the problem not them !

Amazing Alhambra experience
From the start, Ana made our stay in Granada special. She gave us orientation to the narrow streets, and recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. She also went above and beyond to help us with some issues that came up. The apartment was down by the river with an amazing view of the Alhambra. Next time we might stay in the main building. It had an amazing view on it's rooftop deck and looked to be in a quieter area. The rooms were very comfortable with a kitchen, patio and balcony.

We really enjoyed staying here! It is closer to the main areas of Granada than it seems, but note that you will need to walk up/down a slight incline and some stairs to reach the apartments. Ana was so knowledgeable about Granada and directed us to all the sights. It was a short stay for us but we made use of the pool one day which was quiet and lovely. The view of the Alhambra is truly incredible. This is a great place if you are looking for a quiet place to stay that is still close by to the city center. Lots of the same amenities as a large hotel!

Emplacement idéal avec vue sur l’Alhambra. Nous avons tout fait à pied. Appartement propre et fonctionnel, rue calme. Accueil irréprochable, arrivée sans problème avec les explications d’Ana car on ne peut pas venir en voiture jusqu’à l’appartement. Piscine très agréable dans un beau jardin ... ce qui est luxe en plein centre de Grenade.

Emplacement idéal dans un quartier typique. Piscine agréable et terrasse extraordinaire, face à l’Alhambra. Une vue unique !!!! A ne pas rater ! Pas de stationnement possible dans le quartier. La voiture devra être laissée dans un parking payant. Toutes les infos sont communiquées lors de la réservation du logement. L’appart est bien aménagé avec tout le nécessaire. Une lave linge et sèche linge est à dispo. Nous y sommes restés 6 nuits pour visiter la ville et les alentours. C’était parfait.

La vue et le jardin font tout
Placé idéalement dans le coeur historique, l'appartement hotel est très agréable avec une terrasse magnifique donnant sur L'Alhambra. Un superbe jardin bien entrtenu avec une belle piscine pour se rafraîchir et se détendre. Seul bémol, l'appartement mériterai d'être rafraîchi car un petit peu depasser, mais sinon très confortable

It was a great apartment for the three of us with an absolutely beautiful view of the Alhambra. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of all the major sites. Our hostess was very sweet and helpful. Due to train difficulties we were not able to check in until almost 11pm, but she worked with us. I would definitely stay here again.

SUPERBE STUDIO Très bon emplacement pour silloner Grenade et en prime mise à disposition d' une terrasse avec vue imprenable sur l'alhambra ou nous avons pu prendre petit déjeuner ou apero et profiter du panorama. Accueil chaleureux par Ana et explications de l'histoire de la ville et ses principaux points d'intérêt. Un des meilleurs établissements dans lesquels nous avons pu séjourner avec ma femme lors de nos déplacements en Europe. Excellent rapport qualité / prix.

Owner was helpful with recommendations and logistics. The apartment had a great Alhambra view as described, especially at night. The apartment is in need of updating. Bathroom is small.

Emplacement au top
L appartement est situé sur la coline en face de l alhambra. L accès est compliqué, il faut se garer dans un parking en ville et monter à pied ou en taxi. L intérieur est petit mais fonctionnel. Tout le nécessaire est là. La salle de bain pourrait être à revoir car l eau d eau douche fuyait. Le gros point positif de l appart est la terrasse sur le toit avec une vue superbe sur l alhambra. C est époustouflant. L emplacement permet de tout faire à pied ce qui est très pratique. Le réceptionniste parle français et est très disponible et sympathique. C est agréable.
