Uns erschient jedoch, dass das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis im Vergleich zur Konkurrenz eher zu Gunsten der Konkurrenz ausfallen würde, auch wenn das Personal sehr freundlich war. Die einzig eingenommene einfache Mahlzeit (dinner) wurde über einen Zeitraum von 2,5 Stunden für 2 Personnen serviert , was eindeutig zu lange gedauert hat. Es ist aufgefallen dass das Personal in allen Bereichen nicht gut geschult ist.“

„The house suited our needs, however the lounge was upstairs although on the plans it was on the ground floor and we had elderly parents who couldn’t climb the stairs. We arrived to overflowing bins which smelt very bad and they weren’t sorted until the following morning. The photographs are clearly out of date as the accommodation is tired and is used as a HMO.“
