I appreciated having the two storey room - ideal to have a separate space from kids for TV, and then when they go to bed. It is open to the upstairs, so you can still hear them if you're downstairs (an advantage for me). In room facilities were good, I enjoyed the spa bath and Mor products in the bathroom. The room was very clean, there were a few small signs of age but nothing too worrying. The grounds are very bare - a gravel carpark which had some temporary fencing - I must admit I was second guessing my choice when I first arrived! A few more trees around would brighten the place up, but this is a hotel you wouldn't go to for the outdoor space. Don't let it put you off - luckily the indoor space is great! I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean & comfortable rooms, all of the staff were lovely Zak the onsite restaurant with room service option was very convenient for weary travellers getting in late with a small child (nice menu variety & meals were generous portions & tasty), we look forward to staying again.

Looks dodgy from the outside but we were pleasantly surprised. Front desk was friendly and efficient. Room was huge and in great condition. Definitely worth a stay.

We booked last minute (without any issues) and the room was a lovely surprise! It was very well set out with a great bathroom and kitchen and a small but pleasant back patio. The trees surrounding the venue has just started blooming and you could shut out all of the outdoor noise so it was lovely and quiet. The staff were also all friendly, helpful and efficient! It really was a good stay!

A great spot to stay in town, with excellent rooms, great staff and the restaurant dinners/ breakfasts are fantastic as well, a welcome change from other places you'll stay at. A few updates happening with the dug-up driveway and restaurant/entry areas being worked on, but didn't really affect our stay in any way. Will stay here next time around for sure.
