„Die Zimmer sind etwas klein und in die Jahre gekommen, aber für einen Kurzaufenthalt ist das kein Problem. Es war alles sauber, das ist das wichtigste.

„Spa was unfortunately useless to us, too complicated all in all to just enjoy as a hotel guest. It's basically a different company within the hotel with it's own pricing, actions and limited opening hours, so not spontaneously enjoyable. The room wasn't cleaned properly two times and generally we did not enjoy the room with a view without natural day light. The breakfast was lovely and the atrium restaurant was really good too! The parking was good too.“
„Super Lage, nur 2 Stationen mit der S-Bahn vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Frühstück ausreichend, aber etwas zu wenige Tische. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche war katastrophal, fast nicht vorhanden. Das hat vorallem das Haare waschen zur Tortur gemacht. Das Zimmer wird nur alle vier Tage gereinigt; laut dem Aushang kann man die Rezeption aber jederzeit kontaktieren.“

Breakfast was ok, and met criteria for continental standard. But you get more fruit and vegetables on any breakfast plate in the USA.
Depending on the receptionist the welcome was either harsh and cold or met todays standards. If you were lucky as we were upon arrival, the receptionist was helpful and kind.
