Nestled in the heart of Gordes' historic center, L'Oustau Étoilé is a village house that combines the charm of historic architecture with modern comfort. The house spans three levels, featuring a bright living space and two cozy bedrooms. Just a few steps from the village’s shops and amenities, L'Oustau Étoilé is the perfect place to discover Gordes and its surroundings.
Blending the charm of the past with contemporary comfort, L'Oustau Étoilé is a true haven of peace in the heart of the renowned village of Gordes. The proximity to shops, cafés, and restaurants allows guests to fully enjoy village life and leave their car behind once settled in.
The house features a living/dining room, a mezzanine relaxation area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two toilets, and a balcony with a panoramic view of the valley and the Luberon mountains.

Living Area (Second Floor)
The main living space offers:
A fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, microwave oven, refrigerator/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine);
A living room with a sofa, two armchairs, and a coffee table—perfect for enjoying the view, TV, and music;
A dining area that opens onto the kitchen;
A mezzanine for reading, listening to music, or simply relaxing in a cozy setting;
A balcony with a breathtaking 180-degree view of the valley, mountains, and hilltop villages of the Luberon, furnished with outdoor seating and a plancha grill.
Sleeping Area
The bedrooms, located on the ground and first floors, ensure tranquility and privacy for all guests:
Bedroom 1 (First Floor): This room features a 140x200cm bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub/shower, toilet, and double sink. A walk-in closet and a dresser provide ample storage space. A large window bathes the room in natural light.
Bedroom 2 (Ground Floor): This room has a convertible sofa bed (140x200cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink, as well as a unique "troglodyte" storage area. When the bed is folded, the room transforms into a cozy lounge.
We place great importance on sleep quality. All bedding is of hotel-grade quality, and our percale cotton sheets provide ultimate softness for restful nights.
The house is not air-conditioned, as it is built into the rock with thick walls that naturally maintain a cool temperature, even in hot weather.
All household linens are provided (bed sheets, towels, and kitchen linens).
Accessibility & Rental Conditions
Accessibility: Unfortunately, the house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to the presence of stairs.
Rental Conditions:
A minimum stay of three nights is required in low season.
A minimum stay of seven nights is required in high season (July/August).
