The coastal views are stunning but could only be enjoyed after we washed the windows inside & outside for ourselves. The outdoor light at the back door does not activate as you come in the back gate from the carport so was a little tricky seeing the way in the dark as you first walk in. Some outdoor chairs on the upstairs front bedroom deck would have been nice ...
