Perhaps that was our fault for not asking enough questions, but the listing could be more forthright.On arrival, you have two choices. The rear parking area is fine, but the path down to the house is loose stones, so prepare to carry your luggage down. You can access the house from the street, but it is also steep, and the walkway is rough stones with limited ...

„Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Fantastic cottage, ideally situated for exploring the area and beyond. Very clean and well equipt, very comfortable bed. Within about one mile of Dunrobin Castle and just across the road to the beach. We also drove to visit The Castle of Mey and John O’Groats. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay. “

„What an amazing cottage. Such a lovely location, beautiful scenery and a perfect homely feel. Large open spaces and nicely decorated. Plenty of equipment for all your needs and extremely comfortable beds. And a beautiful garden to sit out in and relax .Communication and information was efficient. On arrival, we had a fabulous hamper set up for us which was a really nice touch. Overall, would 100% recommend this cottage. We will definitely be booking to stay here again in the future. “

„We have been country members of Tain Golf Club for twenty years. If you haven't played Tain, please put it on your next itinerary! We have been traveling in Scotland for many years. 2022 and 2023 was the first time we stayed for three months with NO car! So many places to visit where you can be fine walking from train station to accomodation to golf to market to restaurants. This cottage in Tain was perfect for us.“

„Wonderful stay in Morvich, very comfortable house with en-suite in all 5 bedrooms, 8 of us stayed there , in driving distance to everything, Robin castle is a must visit and John O Groats was a 2 hour drive away but very much worth a visit. “
